The hostel pretty much met the reviews. The hostel is fine but if overpriced for what else you can get (if there are at least 2 of you) Marrakech is about 40-45 degrees in August and the hostel was Hot. We had a private room (very basic) on the roof which was impossible to sleep in before midnight. It is...

This hostel exudes life. There were so many travelers from all walks of life traveling through, meeting up, finding new adventures. It was a wonder just sitting to watch and listen to all the conversations going on. While it can be hectic, it is a great venue for meeting people and finding interesting conversations. Just find a spot, and the...

There are rooms on the roof of the hostel. Ask to sleep in the tents on the roof. Its breathtaking. watching the colors of the sky fade at night. I literally stepped off of the plane from the UK and picked the first hostel on hostelworld.com. After a back alley labrinth led by two small boys who insisted on 50...

Really nice staff....hospitable with mint tea on check in. Beds are comfortable and the actual hostel feels like youre staying at an old palace. Perfect base to explore the craziness that is marrakesh. Good spot for solo travellers to meet new people. Recommended

I've really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is very central, perfect for who wants to meet people. Very cheap with an excellent service and a good breakfast. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. One of the best hostel I've ever been so far.

Put quite simply you get what you pay for! The rooms are not air conditioned which in the heat of summer is punishing. The showers are a 50/50 as to whether they will work or not and the electrical provision is basic at best. However, the staff are excellent and breakfast is thrown in too. I would stay there again...

Booked a private room. Got escorted to the top floor to a room with a tiny fan, no additional power outlet, two minimal beds with clear signs of being infested with bed-bugs (dead bugs, blood stains on the mattresses, etc). After having been in the hostel for less than 5 minutes we go down-stairs to tell the fat staff member...

Rather than respond the reviewer, we would simply like to highlight this review for our future guests, and at that, give it fairly short shrift. The tone of this review and the abusive language used to describe our staff is indicative of a true lack of respect and representative of the way in which this guest communicated in the approximate...
