I usually don't do reviews, but I willing to make an exception. I just got home from a trip to Morocco. I stayed at this hotel my first night there and then 4 days later I returned and stayed for 2 nights. If it wasn't because My trip & hotel was payed in advance I would've found another hotel... here's...

Spacious rooms, good facilities - kitchenette with fridge - really handy!! Air conditioned though timed by reception. Location fine for Gueliz and a 15 minute walk to the Medina. Comfortable longe area with TV. Beware noise if you get a room at the front with a balcony as the windows are not high quality double glazed and do NOT keep...

Stayed there for 2 seperate nights, only for a place to stay before and after our trip to Agadir. Location was so-so.. we chose it for its "proximity" to the train and bus station. But before it is still a good 15-20 minute walk to theses stations. On our first night we got a room with no hot water what...

The hotel is located in the middle of Marrakesh new town, with lots of great restaurants and shops near by just remember to bring your earplugs as the near by mosque sends out a call for prayer every morning at 5...

Listed on some websites as rooms in a hotel. Others listed accurately as apartments. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with the lounge come kitchen in the middle as you walk into apartment. The bedrooms either side. One with a balcony overlooking pool, large enough for 4 of us to sit. The other a small standing only balcony if you wanted...

This particular hotel is located in a great location, located in the middle of marrakech next to the main city, Shops, restruants and other major attractions all walking distance from the hotel. The accomendation is an apartment styled hotel, meaning there is a small lounge area, mini kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. I was more impressed upon arrival then what...

We wanted a cheap, short city break and this is exactly what the Assounfou offers. This hotel is the definition of cheap and cheerful, if you want 5* service and luxury then pay 5*, if you're happy with a little rough round the edges but essentially clean and safe for small bucks then Assounfou is for you! Good Points- Rooms...

The pool doesn't get any sunshine, making it redundant as it means the water is cold all day. The staff are unpleasant, they don't say hello, thanks or goodbye. There is only one type of breakfast.. pain au chocolat, baguette, butter, apricot jam and orange juice. Repeatitive and unappetising. The rooms are clean but the linens weren't changed during our...

First and foremost I must say that the location of the Hotel is perfect! It's situated in 'Gueliz' just off the main rd in Marrrakech (Mohammed v or sumart like that), nets to a lil corner shop where you can buy drinks...water and drinks are cheaper here than from the hotel. Hotel is near many cafe's and resturants, mc donalds,...

Just to start off with, the main point.... MY MUM'S BRAND NEW SKETCHERS (TRAINERS) GOT STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE OUT! My mum left them in the room in the morning and when we came back from our excursion, they were gone. The hotel management did not help at all, they told us to go to the police......
