Once you're inside the riad for the first time, you will be impressed as they've maintained the place. However the pool is freezing and not as clean and no one swims in it. Rooms have heating and a/c but are naturally cold, bathrooms are well kept but again cold and no bath tub. Also, I think it's a riad thing...

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I make it clear that the pool is not heated and bathe in March is actually unpleasant, we plan to heat the pool for next year and will certainly be to specify the sites. Regarding the breakfast, I want you to report that everything is homemade including fruit salad. Concerning...

In France there is a saying 'le patron soin le cuisine ' the owner looks after --. This is what is missing at this riad. Agree with previous comments, this is not up to standard for BA and Mr & Mrs Smith. Staff are friendly and helpful, but things drift. On arrival we were left standing in reception whilst other...

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. Sorry to read some negative points. I understand that your waiting 10 minutes you've Assembly long, but we make time for each client. For breakfast eggs are of course always possible, but we expect demand because some want fried eggs or boiled or omelette and we can not...

Riad Anyssantes is an oasis of calm in the midst of the Marrakech medina. We transferred to the Riad using an airport transfer booked online, without problem. On arrival check in was a little haphazard and would have been impossible without the ability to speak French. We ordered dinner at check in, but we're not given a tour if the...

Hello, In first many thanks to take time to answer and sorry for the small inconveniences with other guests of the riad and the English speaking fluently English person was on vacation a few days. Kind regards. Valerie

A disappointing establishment and all the more so for its 4* rating and others’ positive comments. It’s a complete mystery why BA is offering this place to its customers booking travel and accommodation. First the good bits. The staff is pleasant and the Riad’s roof terrace is a delightful space to take breakfast despite its somewhat uncomfortable furnishings. Now the...

Hello David, Thank you for taking the time to express your feelings and I sincerely regret that your stay was not satisfactory, especially as we upgraded you to a deluxe suite. However, I wished to go over some points. On airport transfers we work with a transport company, but it is true and it is a big problem for all...

We booked here for a birthday treat for me through BA and Mr Mrs Smith, for a week which appears to be a long time for most travellers in Marrakesh as you can do the city in less that's for sure. However like all the guests have said and similar to many riads it is a haven with beautifully furnished rooms...

Hello, All the staff joins me in thanking you for your nice comment and the great atmosphere that you have managed to put all this together to Eve. Today we have with us that Aziz is to serve you and speak fluently English. We hope to see you soon at the riad. Kind regards. Valérie

I chose Riad Anyssates as it looked like an excellent, luxurious place to escape Christmas. It's a beautiful property in a superb location on the outskirts of the Medina, close to a couple of the gates so it was easy to navigate my way in and out. It was quiet when I arrived, only one other couple there, which was...

The whole team joins me in thanking you for your comment. Nawal who speaks English has actually been there that the day of arrival because she had surgery and had to be absent for three weeks normally. As you have said the period is very quiet, the server was also on vacation. We hope to see you still in Riad....

This is a beautiful Riad, lovely rooms and pleasant decor. Dining room is beautiful with lovely fireplace. Overall feels very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The downside was that the only member of staff who spoke any real English checked us in on first day and then disappeared. The other staff were lovely but could not understand much more than...

Even before we got to the riad the staff were extremely helpful in answering a few questions via email. We arranged a transfer from the airport which was hassle free and I would highly recommend as all addresses are hard to find at first in Marrakech (note: you can exchange money at the airport or take cash out, useful for...

We spent a week at Anyssates and enjoyed every moment of our time at this stylish and comfortable riad.
