Had a fine stay, but rooms could be better. Especially the doors which are too thin and have an opening on the floorside. You can hear everything and everyone snoring. Also you smell smoke in the rooms. When the swimmingpool is closed all autumn it's less romantic than on the pictures. Staff is very friendly.

Stayed in this lovely little Riad on our last 2 nights in Marrakesh. Despite many of the staff not speaking English they tried their best to make us feel welcome. Enjoyed some mint tea and refreshments on arrival and then we met the wonderful Mme Michelle who gave as an excellent tour round the riad and showed great hospitality towards...

As soon as you walk through the door, you will find Riad Alboraq a relaxing and welcoming place to be. Michelle, Mohammed and the rest of her staff do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and tranquil as possible. As others have commented, Michelle's expertise regarding trips out and places to visit is spot on. Our room was...

Delightful staff and management. The best we had in Morocco. Michelle ' s recommendations were spot on. Beautiful rooms with fantastic attention to detail. A real oasis in the middle of some madness. Only reason for 4 instead of full marks: location- whilst still in the Medina it is quite along difficult to find way from the main square and...

The riad is very charming and is an oasis of tranquility in the crazy Medina. Lovely aromas in the main living area. Michele and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A couple of reasons why not the full 5*: - Location is down a dingy alley way. A little unnerving if you are arriving late at night. - Rooms...

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights in early November. Absolutely loved our stay in Alboraq - the riad was beautiful and so relaxed, the location was great being slightly out of the hectic souks, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and Michele was a brilliant host who went out of her way to give us recommendations, make...

We had a delightful stay at this Raid, a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Tucked away in the tiny lane ways of a local area. On arrival Mohammed had organised a beautiful meal on the open air terrace and Michele a detailed local overview to the area and places of interest, priceless. Our stay was...

Riad Alboraq is an extremely clean and cozy riad. Michèle, Mohammed and the rest of the staff welcome the guests with mint tea and baked goods. Michèle took the time to draw us a map to the main attractions and give us her recommendations. The riad is extremely safe as someone is always on site. The rooftop offers an amazing...

Michelle, Mohammed and the girls are so friendly and welcoming and do speak some English if your French is a little rusty. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, breakfast served up on the terrace. Finding it at first is difficult, but don't be put off, many of the Riads are tucked away down small alleys. Riad Alboraq (named after the...

The Riad was great - clean and safe and the staff were fantastic! Despite a language barrier between some of the stuff we communicated well and they were so helpful and friendly. Michelle was fantastic! We were slightly disappointed with the dinner we received for the price we paid but other than this breakfast was great! There is a smell...
