When we arrived at the riad we realised we were right in the middle of 'local, traditional' Marrakech. This riad was perfect because this is exsactly what we wanted. Set down an alley way off the road flooded with markets, small shops, hustle and bustle, its in the best location you could ask for if you're wanting to experience real...

We travelled to Riad Pachavana at the start of may with high expectations having read many reviews on here. Upon arrival into marrakech airport our transfer could not find the Riad and we began to worry, however once we stepped through the door all our worries were soon gone as we entered a oasis of calm! We arrived quite late but...

Like so many previous reviewers, I can't praise Riad Pachavana highly enough. The courtyard, rooms and roof terrace (which has stunning views over the Medina to the Atlas mountains) were all beautifully designed and in immaculate condition, but even more impressive was the level of service offered by Antonio and his staff. From serving mint tea on the terrace after...

We stayed here for one week at the end of April. We had prearranged the airport transfer but our plane for delayed by five hours (nb don't travel with Air Maroc!). We rang Antonio from the various runways we were stuck on to keep him updated and despite arriving at around 10pm, Hassan the driver kindly waited for us and...

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the heart of the Medina -then look no further than the Riad Pachavana. It is perfect in so many ways - beautiful decor, comfortable spacious rooms, gorgeous roof terrace, attentive and charming staff, the best food in Marrakech and an owner, Antonio who made it his job to ensure we had...

Tucked away in the labyrinthine backstreets of the Medina lies this absolute hidden gem of a Riad. An oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, we were stunned by how beautifully decorated the courtyard and communal areas were in a modern take on traditional style. A wonderful roof terrace gives fantastic views of the city and is...

We have just come back from a beautiful time in Marrakesh. After winding down some cobbled streets and passing the madness of the souks, Riad Pashanava was a welcome retreat in the all the craziness. Beautiful and authentic surroundings marry with all modern conveniences. Our room was simply beautiful and we enjoyed lounging by the pool or sunbathing on the...

The food, the staff and the ambiance are all delightful. Shady courtyard, sunny roof terrace, massage, delicious food - I really didn't want to leave. It was a beautiful place to come back to at the end of the day, or for a siesta. A real gem.
