Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The beds were clean, the tea was good, and the company was wonderful. It was the perfect distance from the Medina, with sweet little shops around but no busy streets in a very safe area (although everywhere seemed quite safe in Marrakesh). Everyone who worked there was kind, professional, and welcoming and I felt totally at ease there. Special shout out to Zaq and Twinkle who made my stay especially enjoyable.

First of all, when we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes before one of the owners told us where our room was. And after he finally did, he made us speed to visit the hostel. While we were just putting our bags down he asked us with a smile if we were scared. During our stay, the two owners of the place, threw a guy out for no reason. Then they tried to justify themselves in front of us and became agressive, yelling at us and entering the girl's room without our approval. Furthermore, one of them continually laughed and yelled at us like we were animals. Worst experience and people, would never recommend this hostel especially to girls.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights, right upon arriving in Morocco. The staff were really friendly and joked around. There is a possibility for having a nice dinner every evening and the rooms were tidy. Sometimes a little loud if you want to go to bed super early, since they're next to the lobby, but overall nice. Would also recommend to solo travellers as the hostel seems sociable and hosts other solo travellers as well. Also, the evening dinner is a nice place to meet the other guests as dinner is served at a big table.
