Hello, the hostel does offer an airport pickup. However it is 160dh a person. We chose to take a taxi from the airport, and although it was not a far drive it cost us 200dh in total (100 each). With the riads I'm sure they would walk you to the hostel, where as it's dropped us & had a kid walk us to it & then want money. It is tricky to get there at first, but we tipped 5€ & he still wanted more, but the man at the Riad showed him away and was very welcoming as it can be overwhelming at first.
Hope that helps!
