Riad Sidi-Ayoub honestly had it all. Marrakech can be difficult to cope with but these guys did absolutely everything they could to help us out. They helped us with airport transfers, with directions, excursions. We even got to enjoy a hamam there too. I highly recommend staying at the Riad for dinner one evening- it was the best meal we... My husband and I spent a week at this simple beautiful Riad. It was traditionally and tastefully decorated and felt like a little haven. It provided us with a much needed tranquil escape from the hot hustle and bustle of the Medina. We couldn't believe how quiet it was in the Riad compared to outside! The place was traditionally and... More

This is a warm and friendly place where you feel far from the tourists' haunts and you are only 10 to 15 minutes walking from many of Marrakesh's attractions. The people living in the area were very helpful and friendly which was a bit necessary because the kasbah is a labyrinth. Actually much better and more authentic food (and cheap)... More

Highly recommend. Incredible service for the price. You will awake to silence every morning only broken by the orange trees' singing birds in the courtyard. The french breakfast was delightful. The temperature dropped about 20 degrees F whenever we walked through the front door. The small pool was a nice touch. There's a hammam (hot sauna) on the 3rd floor... More

This was the first riad we ever stayed in and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. It was simple, authentic, romantic and everything we looked for. Our room was clean, cozy and surprisingly spacious (many riads have really small rooms). This riad also has a small lounge are on the second floor and a simple rooftop terrace... More

Love this place. In the middle of the medina this riad is your sanctuary from the fast paced souks. Be aware that it can be hard to find and the riad offers a taxi service for picking you up in the airport. Facilities are warned, adding to the charm of it all.

The hotel is based down a alley about 15minutes walk from the main square and on approach to the hotel I wondered what we had gotten ourselves into as we usually go for the stereotypical holiday resort but I'm so glad we went outside our comfort zone for once and went for an authentic holiday. The Raid is very quaint... More

This is a lovely venue in the real sense of staying in a Riad. This means you must understand that you are in the heart of the medina and the venue is not licensed. The beautiful courtyard is the heart of the hotel where they serve fabulous breakfast. We also had dinner there one night - it was without doubt... More

I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Sidi Ayoub. It is in a good location, not too far from the main attractions of the medina but in a quiet area. It is not too easy to find initially but there are always friendly locals on hand to offer directions or you can ask for an airport transfer. I found the... More
