We arrived the first week of November and it is actually a lovely time to visit, as long at one has warm clothing as evening start being cool. There are far less tourists at this time of year. Riad Cala Medina is only 10 minutes walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square which we visited each evening, especially from 5pm to... More

I was at this Riad with my friends from other countries...it was the best food...and sincere support and advice I had in Marrakech. If I were to come to Marrakech again, I will go to Riad Cala and recommend to as many as possible.

I went with a whole team of our NGO - the Global Ecovillage Network - for 10 whole days and was stunned by the friendliness, generosity and good care we were gifted with. Very good value for money. Thank you so much!

We stayed at this Riad for two weeks during the UN's COP22 Climate Summit. The staff was incredibly nice, attentive and helpful. Charming in fact. The place is beautiful. Bathrooms work great and food really delicious. It is in the old city, a 10 minute walk through narrow alley/walkways filled with market wares of old Marrakech on your way to... More

Our whole delegation for the COP22 stayed here and we were truly blessed with the warmth and attention of the staff. We felt at home and felt that all our needs have been given care and love. They even gave us a special dinner with live music on our last night. Truly appreciate their special service.

Had a fantastic time. Staff attentive and accommodating to our stressful demands. Nothing but praise for the quality and value. Very close to Medina. Great neighborhood. The accommodations ranged from private rooms with en suite to shared beds and bath. They can arrange meals, serenades by local talent, taxis or any other needs.

Just spent seven days here with my son Eoghan. You enter from a narrow street into a welcoming and cool courtyard. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable with air conditioning. We paid a budget price for the room but got much more in terms of quality and service. All the staff where helpful and above all friendly. We... More

I spent some in this riad and I felt like home. Beautiful place and really nice staff, Hamid, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, abundant, tasty and different every day. And the rooms really nice, comfortable and very clean. A very good option to stay in Marrakech, a charming riad.

I spent several nights here and then extended because I was so comfortable, especially with the staff. They are gracious and helpful. They provide an atmosphere that feels like family. The riad is very nice and quiet. Your room is taken care of by staff who also provide a nice Moroccan breakfast every morning. I was assisted to the airport... More

We have just returned from a 3 night break in this Riad - whilst there was nothing particularly wrong with the Riad - it did lack the cleanliness and glamour of others. Although for the price - it would be hard to complain too much. The man running this Riad split his time between another Riad down the alley (Riad... More
