A great and affordable riad, with very nice and helpful staff. The building is beautiful and is located in the heart of the medina, not very far away from the Djemaa El Fna. The breakfast is also very good. The only disadvantages are that the staff only speak french and that the riad is somewhat difficult to find at first...

A pleasant experience, but could have been a little better. Here are the pro's and con's: Pro's: Good location within a 15 minute walk of Jemaa el Fna. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Riad was beautiful. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Price was very reasonable in comparison to others in the same area. Con's:...

Opted for airport pickup by the hotel (5euros per person). Upon arrival we were welcomed by the host and then taken to the main sitting room where we were given tea. Ended up sitting there for around 30 minutes before the host decided to show us our rooms. She was a bit too pushy about trying to get us to...

This riad is amazingly nice, rooms are nice and clean, I've been in the room for 6 and it was a little crowded but rooms for 2-3 people had more space, everything is clean, in every room there is an air-conditioning, and wi-fi, owners are nice, breakfast is amazing, and all in all it's a good riad for a good...

Pros: 5 minute walk to the main square. Great host - was happy to help with anything (but little English). Very safe in terms of how I felt and my belongings. Cons: No air con. No swimming pool. You aren't given a key to the riad so you have to ring the doorbell whenever you wanted to get back in...

My friend and I had a fabulous stay at Riad Chennaoui! We were upgraded from a mulitbed room to a privet one, were served a delicious breakfast every morning and the owners organized a FABULOUS overnight camel treck through the desert for us! The riad even offers airport transfers and I suggest TAKE it! It would have been very hard...

The pros: - excellent location, near Jema el-Fnaa and other objectives, but in an area with a lot of riad hotels, which seemed safe and quieter - it looks very nice, with an excellent courtyard and basic, but pretty rooms - the owners were nice and helpful - the rooftop terrace was not open in February, but it promised to...

Riad Chennaoui is located at only 7/8 minutes walking from the Djema el-Fna, the Marrakech's main square. The owners are very kind and polite, and every time we came back they offered us mint tea. The riad is lovely, clean, with majolicas, a fountain and beautiful doors. Price is honest. Recommend!
