I liked the look and feel of this hotel very much. Lobby area, pool (small), and breakfast all quite good. BUT....I did not sleep well at all. The beds were just TOO HARD, and the pillows were like ROCKS. I ended up sleeping on top of the quilt and used a balled-up jacket as a pillow. Bathroom was fine. Breakfast...

The hotel has a nice oriental decor in the lobby, but absolutely no air conditioning. It is very hot and unpleasant in the lobby and the restaurant during the hot summer months. The rooms are very dated and not well maintained. The cleaning level is absolutely unacceptable. Oh, and for those who for some reason would like to charge their mobile...

I liked it. Hotel is old but the room was roomy and quiet. The lobby was really nice. The quality of the wi-fi was really good in the rooms. The location is okay, close to the mall if you feel like shopping.

We stayed at Hotel Sofia for 2 nights as part of a tour group. Our room was quiet, clean, and had a comfortable bed, so that counts a lot for me. For the money, it's a good value. I would recommend not eating in the restaurant and instead walking to one of the many restaurants in the area. It is...

If i can conclude the shameful hotel in the center of Fez, i'll have to point my finger towards "hotel Sofia". This old fashion hotel shouldn't even be allowed to host tourist around the world. After the disastrous dinner i found myself surrounded with smoker who come from all over the place. You heard it righy, you are allowed to...

We stayed at this hotel with a tour group and the hotel was actually pleasant. We arrived late in the evening and the rooms were ready for us and we got our keys very quickly. The room was clean and the air condition was working... (there is a switch to turn the air con on, way below the remote holder)...

Having read previous negative reviews, I was wondering what to expect. Stayed with a coach party for four nights whilst touring the Fez area. The hotel was spotless, with pleasant efficient staff. My room was spacious and well equipped and very comfortable. Meals were good and varied. I would not hesitate to stay again.

We arrived at this hotel, with a building site in front, but were pleasantly surprised with the actual hotel, it is in a quiet backstreet area, with a few cafes on the main road. The reception area was very nice, with comfortable seating and a bar which served alcohol, but you have to watch the drinks are not watered down!...
