Our room was very comfortable, staff is very anxious to please. We ate dinner here twice, food and service excellent. Location, location, location, very close to the King's Palace, the Medina, the co-op pottery, and the awesome market.

Excellent location just inside the medina. The staff could not be more helpful from pick up from the airport, to diner, to organising guides. Bathroom could have done with some modernising and the room was too dark in the evenings but all in all an amazing experience.

I was with a friend and spent three nights in Riad Louna, a small hotel very close to the old Medina and the Bab Boujloud. We asked the hotel to send a taxi to pick us up from the airport, and also used this service when we left. The airport is far away, and we were happy that we have...

I was traveling on my own from Marrakech to Fez and talked directly to Moha one day before arriving in Fez through messages on the phone. He arranged EVERYTHING to come pick me up at the airport in Fez and booked a room through the telephone for me and 2 friends. When we got there, we were welcomed by him...

This was the last hotel we stayed in during our two-week trip in Morocco, and was certainly the worst hotel. I liked the location, the building has a beautiful architecture, the staff is very caring and always tries to fix the various disorders that appear throughout the stay, but I will remember all inconveniences: 1 - We booked "Red Suite"...

Ok...the Riad is beautiful ...with awesome garden and I guess some nice rooms... My problem was that I booked a double bed budget room with fake photos on booking.com and fake 20 M2.... Room they offered didn't even have 12 m2... It was a complete hole...dark...soulless...with views inside the room from the stairs !... Worse was the shared bathroom it...

Ok this was a good place to stay if you are fuaay about some things. The staff are very good. They joined in the dancing at new years and always smiled. The food is good but not great. The rooms are very cold. And some don't have bathrooms and you have to share one in the courtyard. Staying in a...

This riad was disappointing. In the room the carpets were dirty, the sink was clogged, and the shower didn't seem to have been clean...there was hair in the shower that was clearly not ours. The room also needed dusting. It did NOT match the photos on their website at all. Additionally, at the end of our stay we were informed...

This riad DOES NOT TAKE CARDS. We were only informed of this the day we were leaving the riad, and not given prior notice of this. In addition, the photos online do not match the actual rooms. Our room had dirty carpets, the bathroom wasn't clean and had a clogged sink. The riad provided us with a local guide who...

Simo noticed us struggling to catch a taxi in Fez and gave us a ride free of charge to our accomodation in the Medina. He was even generous enough to allow us to use his phone to call our accomodation. Although we had previously booked our accomodation and did not request a tour for our stay we could tell has...
