I imagine that's the type of thing you should be able to get done with readily available currency or a credit/debit card. We didn't try it, so this is only a guess. We did take out money from the ATM just outside of Bab... More

No bottled water, but there was a mini-fridge in the room (with the beer and water and such you can "purchase" as you would expect).
