Overall, we had a good stay. We stayed for 1 week which in the end was way too long. We liked the Airbnb and think it's a good place to stay given that it's so cheap. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got bed bugs (i didn't) but overall the place was very clean. Never met Mark but S'Mohammed was always available for...

We find them on Airbnb. The place has a good location and the room is nice and clean. Mohamed is there for you to help you with all your questions and he really makes you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to stay at this lovely riad.

A beautiful place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the wash room clean. We had stayed at a lot of other riads in Morocco and this one had a slight difference for breakfast with a warm toasted flat polenta cake. Delicious with butter and jam. They organized a guide for us, and he brought us through the medina to...

The first day, we were welcome by Mohamed, the person in charge of the Riad. He prepared us a tea and made us feel comfortable. He gave us all the information that we needed and the key to access to the Riad without problem. He is not always in the Riad but at any moment we were able to keep...

Fantastic location in the middle of the city. Very tastefully decorated interior. Chilled out vibe makes for a welcome break from the incessant hustle of the medina. Mohammed always at hand to give advice. Makes a killer cup of coffee and was at hand to run us through a fascinating lesson in Morroccan history. Personally I would have found a...

Very cozy and beautiful riad in the heart of medina. For the price (20€) we are more than satisfied! Friendly staff, good free breakfast and a clean relaxing place. Only a bit hard to find but if you let some locals show the way you will find it

Beautiful riad in the medina. The place is Difficult to find, but you can ask Mohammed to come get you at the beginning of the medina. The rooms are quite ok and the breakfast was lovely. The building is very nice and the Price-quality is very good.

We had a nice stay in this riad. I would emphasise great location and presence of very helpful and kind host Mohamad who takes care of this guesthouse. Also the house is beautiful wtih typical atrium construction and decorations.

Stayed in Dar Rbab by myself on my first solo trip abroad (and first time in Morocco). Every one at the riad was such a joy, from the driver Ibrahim to the guide Zakaria and the manager, S'Muhammed. S'Muhammed went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable, including having tea with me upon arrival (after the...

I became incredible ill when I arrived in Fez. Somehow, I made it to Dar Rbab. After settling in and sleeping, I decided to go to a hospital. The house manager, Mohamed, was very kind and helpful. He advised me on where to go and even wrote it in Arabic for me. Later, when I felt better Mohamed gave me...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Dar Rbab is a charming, 300 year old house in the Fès Medina. It has been lightly restored to provide spacious, en suite bedrooms with air conditioning, within the framework of the existing house. All the original features remain - access to your room is by huge, gilded cedar wood doors - and the house is a warren of small staircases and interesting corners. There's an informal atmosphere - the house was originally our family home - and great food available to order. ... more   less
