Simply put, this Riad is THE place to stay while in Fes. We had the pleasure of enjoying Riad Tara for two nights and absolutely loved it. We essentially had the place to ourselves, the fist night it was just my boyfriend and I and on the second day a second couple checked in. Jim, the owner of the house...

Dear Tara, Hello, I hope you remember us have stayed from 11th to 13th Feb. Thanks to you, we really enjoyed staying there and sightseeing around Fez for 3 days. My friend is still practicing to make Mint tea by the way you taught me then. When we come back to Fez someday again, definetely choose you for...

You simply cannot go wrong with Riad Tara. Btissam goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Definitely do dine at the Riad, and ask for some of that tasty Moroccan wine. This place is a thing of joy.

We stayed at this Riad for a few nights. Btissam, the lady at the reception is very friendly and made us feel at home. She was very helpful in organizing everything for us. We also enjoyed the presence of a house cat, Tara. The Riad is quite hidden in the small streets. If you are looking into visiting the medina,...

This was a lovely, thoroughly reconstructed spot within the medina. I especially enjoyed the top deck although the hot tub was apparently being fixed at the time. BEWARE: You cannot drive to this locale and should probably be escorted or get a map from the management before you attempt to navigate the narrow passageways. The also have a security gate...

To the people considering this, remember this is NOT the Hilton or Four Seasons. The attention to detail and the personal attention each person receives is.....personal and genuine. There are approximately 5 rooms, so you aren't around many guest. In fact, the only time I saw other guest was during breakfast. Each room was different, had character, and was visually...

Very beautiful hotel outside of the tourist district. The hostess, Btissam, and staff were very warm and friendly and went over and beyond their duties to cater to us. They made us feel welcomed and treated us like family. They gladly made changes to cater to our 'American' wants, and gave us a taste of their culture. Will DEFINITELY stay...

We arrived at the airport at midnight and had arranged for someone to pick us up through the Riad. When we arrived at the Riad, Btissam greeted us and offered us dinner. We were starving so we accepted. Surprisingly, I think it was my favorite meal of the whole trip! Delicious! Btissam also arranged for a guided tour of the...
