One week vacation to find peace at la maison Maure. The weather is rather fresh at night except Christian lights the fireplace at night in the large living room. My room being equipped with heating, comfort is at the rendezvous. This evening Moroccan dinner with 10 guests to taste the specialties. The shopping is incredibly not expensive ... I highly...

We stayed for three nights and were the only guests, felt like it anyway. The manager Driss was wonderful, incredibly nice, super helpful with tips, and made you feel at home. He was always available and created a wonderful atmosphere. The roof terrace (it's actually three terraces) has a fantastic view and is furnished comfortably, inviting you to stay, read,...

Riad was nice. Manager called us the day before to ask how we would arrive and if someone needed to pick us up. We knew it would not be easy to find so we agreed for a pickup at the station. This was 100 dirhams but afterwards we heard a taxi would have cost is only 15 or so, so...

We had 7 nights here and were placed in the most beautiful suite on the top terrace. A wonderful stay. Driss looked after us so well and is a charming gentleman. The breakfasts were delicious. Well located if you want to be in the medina just off Main Street.

This is a true oasis of hospitality right in the centre of the Medina, with the best host we have met in years. He does care and makes a real effort to make you feel at home whether it is the info he provides about the city, the nice chats about life, setting up breakfast at the rooftop or just...

We've picked this riad based on the positive reviews, here, at TA. I'm glad we did! It's one level to be in a clean, elegant riad, but it is a completely different experience when you add to all that an unforgettable hospitality. The hosts: Christian (the owner) and Idriss, make you feel so special, more like a dear friend. I...

A beautiful, calm quiet and intimate modern restored riad. Stunning views, tasteful and intimate all hosted by the lovely Driss. This riad is great if you need peace and simplicity. Driss will look after you in a trusting way and is always able to help. We had a noisy suite on the street side which Driss kindly change and we...

Peaceful. Beautiful. Relaxing. Driss was very available and helpful. good breakfast. good recommendations. I do think I will stay away from the Medina on the next visit and explore more of the modern city. All Moroccan cities seem beautiful, well organized, open. Instead of focusing on the market stalls and the stress of haggling, the newer, built-up areas also deserve...

Driss the manager was excellent, couldn't be more obliging. Stopped for 1 night travelling through Morocco last week, great location and nice room. Only (strange) note - shower didn't have any place to hang, so had to hold all the time. Would recommend!
