This hotel is truly beautiful. Great location, beautiful suites, and full of old charm. Only negative for me was the massage, so great accomodation but avoid the spa. It is also easily accessible as it it on the edge of the medina

This riad is well located near the edge of the medina. The pool and its surrounds are a fabulous combination of carved timber and plaster, and mosaic tiles. Beautiful and peaceful at the same time. The food was fine, but expensive for what you get. Abdou is very interesting to talk to and very attentive.

Were met by a genuine guy (Abdou) on our arrival who made us very welcome and went out of his way to serve us a meal which was Moroccan salad. We were asked every day if we were eating at the Riad in the evening which we declined as we wanted to see Fez and explore the local restraunts. On the day...

Hello Asking it doesn’t mean obligatory, we were asking about dinner every night because in our Riad we don’t cook a lot of food we cook on order, sometimes clients come at the last minute they want to have dinner but we can’t serve them ( that why we ask), and about prices you paid what you consumed Consumption 2...

We stayed here as part of a voyage prive package deal and it was suppose to cost £250 for the 4 days.... well lets just say it ended up costing me £800. The hotel had NO hot water when my boyfriend and I stayed. Nor did our room reach the wifi (terrible)..... So when we complained they recommended that if...

We were here for three nights and it could be a five star riad if they would train more staff. Abdou, one of the staff, was absolutely exemplary in his service to us. This riad has a great location and tons of ambience....just lacking in service....there were fourteen of us and I think they tried their hardest.

Simply beautiful and right in the Medina of Fes. Ok it lacks a communal area where you would congregate but the building is stunning and the staff really helpful (beyond the call of duty). I travelled as a single in a tour group and my room was again outstanding but a little small for someone 6 foot+ travelling out of...

The Riad is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous throughout. Beautifully appointed details, including the fountain the pool and ceilings really make the Riad a memorable place. The rooms are large and quite comfortable. The wifi is fast and worked consistently. The Riad is located on the edge of the medina, in an area that was easier to located and close enough to...

Beautiful romantic and artisticly decorated Riad. Congratulation to the interior design. Peaceful Oasis in the middle of the Medina. The Owner is a very good caretaker and has a story to tell about the renovation from the scratch till to the final Product.

This riad had everything. The architecture was sublime. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and large. We had dinner here on two nights. This was served around the swimming pool and was the best Moroccan food we had on our whole journey. Although the riad had no alcohol they were able to...
