Detailed Reviews
I have stayed in this holiday village village "DIAMANT VERT" from 18-23 june and have enjoyed the service and quality of the people. the price compared to what I have is acceptable the place is located outside of city of FES you need have car or use the bus service of hotel. I visited during ramadan but the breakfast was very good and fresh for the 5 euros. The reception and all staf are at your disposable anytime. if you want have glass of wine or beer during Ramadan is just pianist without piano. you need forget your pleasure for 30 days. I have only one dark point is water facilities they close water from 2am to 6am I understood for water saving but if you depart early to airporrt then no shower. I will be back surely to this place

The park is spacious though very full the adult swimming pool is a place to avoid but the water park in the back is good. The sandwiches are good for the price the coffee and restaurant not so much the cashier was arrogant no smiles and screams at kids a thing i didn't like. I recommended to families with kids under 14 not so much for adult

This property is essentially a large scale camping, which also offers apartment style bungalows of different sizes. They come fully furnished and include a kitchen and a terrace, which gave me the impression of having my own home in Fes. The bungalows are located inside a large forest, about 10 km from the city center. Had a good sleep and a great experience!
One major issue is that if you don t have a car, there is virtually nothing you can do there. There is a shuttle to the city center, but if you need it outside it s schedule, it will cost a fortune.

From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The staff were noticeably cold and unhelpful towards me while being friendly to other patrons. When I attempted to ask questions or seek assistance, I was either ignored or given curt, dismissive responses. It was clear that I was being treated differently based on origins.
The discrimination didn't stop at the poor customer service. I noticed that other guests were receiving preferential treatment. For instance, while others were promptly seated and served, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time despite having a reservation. Moreover, the quality of the service I received was subpar compared to those around me.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deeply hurtful. It is 2024, and there is no place for discrimination in any establishment. I strongly urge the management to address these issues immediately and implement proper training for their staff to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend to anyone. There are plenty of other places where you can enjoy a welcoming and inclusive experience.

We were almost having a nice peaceful day in the pool , and as we know that every person should have its own relaxing Seat and we are 5 people so we had 5 seats payed even .
My wife was applying sun cream on my back , and suddenly one of the staff approached us to tell us that its not allowed for two people to be in one seat 🤣, and i explained to him that we have seats for each one , so he told me no the manager don't want to , that was so rude , because the rules are not written in a sign, they are making there own rules , and the staff start mentioning that my wife was relaxing on me , very surprising rules and never heard of .
Anyway i will never come back and i never recommend such place , only because of the manager and the service , i don't understand a beautiful place being managed by such unacceptable people they have no idea about the service about work and about how to deal with customers , this is also something really common in Morocco that they put always not the right people for the place that they don't deserve .
Such a horrible experience .
Never recommend.

We had been at the pool twice during our week in Fes and decided to spend our last night at the Hotel as it was close to the aiport.
Bungalow was ok. The twin beds were a bit of an dissapointment as a couple.
It stank tremendously in the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed all the time.
Beds were fine.
Swimming pools and slides are really nice! Great place for kids.
The food is good.
We ordered a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning through the reception. This cost 150 dirhams! Normally it would cost 30 at the most with a regular taxi.
All in all a good place to stay if you prefer to stay outside of hectic Fes.

The place was nice. Beds comfortable, everything clean, kitchen was fairly equipped, didn't have a knife though.
+Aqua park, pools, terrace, parking right next to bongalow. Excellent place.
-WiFi only at reception; only 2 chairs on terrace (we were 5) - had to take chairs from neighbours.

I have stayed here before, several years ago when the site was being developed. It is now complete. Stayed in one of the bungalows. One double bedroom, bathroom, open plan lounge and kitchen. Ideal if you don't want to camp.
Staff as amazingly friendly and helpful and the ladies that clean the rooms are happy to do washing for you id required.
When you get into your bungalow, make sure that the hot water tank is switched on, it's easy to do if not already done. it will be located in the bathroom.
Beds are of a good size, clean and comfy.
Kitchen is basic but functional but the plates etc. are limited. I'm sure if you ask at reception they will send some over - nothing seems to be a problem for them.
The restaurant was of a good standard, slightly limited menu, but what they have is very well presented, tasty and hot (heat). Please be aware that alcohol is not available in the restaurant - if you bring your own the staff are more than happy to supply glasses, open bottles etc. they don't have a problem with you drinking.
Please don't give the staff a hard time like the rude North American who found himself unable to purchase an alcoholic drink to have with his dinner - you know who you are.
The hotel will lay on a guide if needed to take you around the city and medina - it is worth it.
Great stay made even better by the lovely people.

We stayed here with our campervan at the beginning of October and although somewhat out of season one of the large swimming pools of this huge complex was still in use. The site is in excellent order and they are still making improvements to the camping area and the bungalows look terrific and everything is superbly clean. On the campsite which is below the terraced hillside containing the bungalows there is plenty of shade and nighttime security. WiFi however is only available up near reception and is temperamental at that. Transport into town is easily arranged at a reasonable rate. We did arrange a guide for a half day tour of Fez via reception which cost 400dh (£30.00) for two including transport, with which we were well satisfied as the 'half day' lasted from 0900-1700 including breaks. Do be warned though that all tours end up somehow in a carpet or other shops and the sell is very hard. I bought a scarf because I needed a scarf but nothing else. Our guide took us to a fairly pricey restaurant too but that can be negotiated. We were with others who didn't mind and we only wanted a salad anyway which was fine by us. We saw an awful lot which we would never have managed on our own as the medina is several square miles worth of very narrow alley ways. There are Acima and Carrefour supermarkets within a few km of the camping which both sell alcohol and a Marjane very near which does not. There is a road running by the edge of the site which is a bit noisy during the day but completely quiet at night.
