I was in Casablanca for a business trip. Stayed in this hotel for three nights. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in within this price range. The service is extremely bad. Most employees including those serving breakfast can hardly speak a word of English. Receptionist was extremely rude during check out. He was very slow with preparing the...

5 stars has questonable bearing in this inner city hotel placed on a busy road. Traffic noise and barking dogs. Room views vary from office wall, derelict lot or main road. No coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. Tight-fit bathroom with low waterpressure shower in bathtub, no hot water on my second morning but water pressure came back after second...

... to 1982! From the (always) ill-tempered mustachioed night clerk, to the neo- Moroccan ultra kitsch decor, to the painfully slow Internet connection, this hotel begs for an overhaul. Lobby bar is nice though.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, location is good (for business) as well as pricing. Forget all the rest.....A/C malfunctioning, Wifi not working, average breakfast buffet, service poor, etc....... All together it is acceptable for 2 nights max as far as you just need a place to sleep.

This hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Bed is extremely comfortable and furniture is in great shape. Food is good in restaurant. No alarm clock in room, however and the wake up calls were hit and miss (I ended up setting the alarm on my phone to ensure I woke up). Laundry service is reasonable and well done. I...

Palace d'Anfan is ok compared to the state of other hotels in Casablanca. Very good location if you need to be in town, otherwise, be prepared to sit in traffic jams with your chauffeur for hours. Rooms clean but a bit outdated (already?!) and none of the facilities you'd expect in a US standards 5* like coffee/tea facilities, iron, wifi,...
