We were displeased with the arrogant and un-accommodating behavior of senior staff in the reception, difficult internet connection and incomplete toiletries which have prompted us to cancel our booking for 2 double rooms after our 2nd night which was originally good for 4 nights. The night before our check out, we asked the assistance of the reception with our request...

My business stay was ok, just that, the hotel has gym, wifi but it is very difficult to communicate in English.. It was impossible to book a massage in the spa!!. You have a lounge bar to rest.. And drink!! Very calm!! No noise there!! The restaurant is ok, little expensive but ok!! You have fast food and good plates...

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Must visit hotel. The hotel was very clean . The lobby is big and very welcoming. There are many shopping places near the hotel. It is situated right in the heart of the city.there are many eating joints nearby . This place gives a true feel if the city Casablanca.

The rooms were clean but the air wasn't working so it was very hot at night. The bed was good if you like hard but the duvet cover was awesome. Service was average to below but we survived. Fairly close to everything so that wasn't a problem. The gym was good and clean.

Stayed for 3 nights on business in Casa. Have tried a range of hotels in the city and took advantage of a special offer here, but can't say I was impressed. The hotel positions itself as upmarket, but I found the room to be very badly lit and without working air conditioning - felt distinctly basic.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a business trip. I looked forward to my stay in this hotel given that it was a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately the hotel did not meet my expectations and I do not believe this should be marketed as a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return....

Friendly greeting at check-in. Really appreciated the mandarins waiting for me on a plate in the room - small thing but a nice touch! Breakfast buffet fine - capaccunio machine average but at least there was one. Didn't hear the traffic at night as room was towards the rear. Fine for flying one night visit & close to some sights

Hotel itself is very pleasant and staff were helpful even if they could find a trace of my booking or that of my colleagues. However, if you are a light sleeper try to get a room that is not at the front of the hotel as there is a very busy multi-lane main road right in front and the Moroccan's...

The Hotel is beautiful, i stayed with my partner in the presidential suite. Unfortunately some of my makeup was stolen by a cleaner who denied taking anything. She must have thought that because I had a lot of it that I wouldnt notice a lipstick and liner go missing. The manager came and was so unhelpful and nothing was done,...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights....we got a good deal and enjoyed the hotel and location. It is a nice hotel and will stay again when in Casablanca. I enjoyed the roof top pool for an afternoon...good view from up there.
