I had a very big room, (choose 501) all amnesties inside, would have recommended if there was water, Internet was a problem in a sense that my bed was away from the signal, and although internet is fast but it’s not continuous, never was in...More
The hotels reception area was welcoming and a pleasant. We found the hotel room to be quiet although the building is on a fairly main road. Some of the fixtures and fittings looked a little tired and in need of replacement but the room and...More
Perfectly OK hotel for a night or two. The room is functional with aircondtion, safe and WIFI. CNN and BBC world. The bed and the pillows are very hard though. Lots of warm water and a good water pressure in the shower. A bit run...More
Hotel is situated in centre of town close to United Nations square and Mohamed V. square. Bathrooms needs some refreshment, room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very polite. In the evening is nice music in the bar near reception.
At 4:30 AM the morning of Dec 31st, my room door was opened by a strange man with a key given to him by the hotel desk. The reception's response: it was a mistake. Really? I was appalled by the insincerity of the desk people...More

The staff was incredibly rude when they found out I was American with a Muslim. The law states we must have separate rooms and they made a fortune. We are not a couple , we are friends but he is Muslim, I'm Christian.
The two rooms we had were decent enough. Very clean. The maids were always in the hall for anything.
Strangest bathroom, I've seen and I've traveled a lot. The tub is very deep and has half a door. Causing water to go all over the bathroom. We were allowed one towel. A room for two, had one towel, one washcloth. You dry off then wipe up the flood.
The place was clean but the view was interesting, laundry in Morocco.
It was close to many things within walking distance. Taxis and scooters all night and noisy.
After a week we switched to Hotel Washington. Same price and much nicer. Same area. Funny thing... we had to rent two rooms since we weren't married. Then they opened the door between the rooms so we could wander in and out. Follow the law but make extra money.
We preferred this hotel. Good restaurant, not great but plenty around to see. I am a married woman and I felt very safe alone except in Marrakech.
