This might have been a 4star hotel when it first opened decades ago, but is now in serious need of refurbishment. Located in a busy area with several cafes, bars and eateries nearby - nearest tramway is 10/15 mins walk. Room was not particularly clean and phone did not work plus quite a bit of noise from the main street....

I'm not sure why the staff here hated me, but they made it clear that I was an inconvenience to them. My room smelled strongly of old wet shoes, there was a hole in the wall which had been stuffed with tissues as opposed to fixing it and the noise from the "club" downstairs until 3am every morning was deafening....

We stayed here as part of a tour package and were quite disappointed as our original hotel that we were supposed to stay at seemed much nicer. Luckily it was the worst of the hotels in our tour, so things only got better. The lobby's not too bad and the staff were friendly enough, but the rooms are in need...

I would consider this a 2-star hotel at best. The room was dirty, bathroom had mold in the shower, could not turn the shower on, towels were old and used up. We asked for a hair drier and they said they didn't have one. The street was very noisy and the windows are old so you feel like you are...

Just realize that 4 star standard in Morocco is not the same as, say, Paris. The room we got had a leaky toilet, but the AC worked and there was a fridge, TV and overall cleanliness was acceptable. Amenities are minimal and the restaurant is crap. It is a little bit of a walk (30-40 mins) to the Hassan Mosque...

My partner and I stayed here during a two week trip in Morocco. It was our first night, we'd just landed and we needed sleep. There was evidence os some blood on the walls as we entered the room, but this was unlikely to be anything more than a young child wiping his nose before leaving the room. I don't...

Although the interior is very nice and the place is quite clean, I think the 4 star rating is wildly optimistic. The rooms seemed dim and stuffy. We couldn't really open the windows because of the noise coming from the disco until 3AM-- it was too loud even with the windows closed! To top it all off, there was a...

My and my girlfriend choosed to go Morocco for a culture and romantic trip, but...damn...what a bad surprise. Despiting the city, which is aweful, the Hotel is an old and ugly building (makes sense that their pictures are blured), and the bathroom STINKS like poluted water. We couldn't leave the door opened. The balcony exist...yes...full of pigeon "caca" all around...and...

We only stayed one night, as we were only in Casablanca briefly. The hotel is in a bustling area that is noisy by day but quiet by night. 10 minutes' walk to many of the central downtown sights. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and cooperative, the rooms adequate but clean. We stayed in a number of different...

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is in the centre of town and close to all amenities. Good value. Pleasant stay. Would recommend.
