The hotel is in a fab location most of the rooms being sea view, just a 5 minute walk to the beach front. We Had a fab stay the staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was good we always came away satisfied but it’s not for picky eaters ie meat on bone (not all meat) only had chips once but they always did a potato dish, plenty of veggies rice and pasta, pizza, drinks were good they have rose wine and would make you any cocktail if they had the ingredients, the slushes with vodka in were a favourite of mine around the pool. Towels are provided and the towel nan also cleaned the pool he spent a lot of time attending to the pool, the pools were a little tired but didn’t affect our swim when it got too hot. The animation team were really nice they tried so much to get people up for activities during the day they was always some activity on, not much entertainment at night mainly backgrounds music and the odd singer. Rooms were basic but clean had a great view from the room, the rooms were cleaned daily , tv had a English film channel and there is a safe free of charge

Due to the time I arrived this was a relaxed resort with no children. It was a quiet relaxed holiday which was exactly what I wanted. We choose a beach view room which was perfect. The tv showed films in English during the night which was good for when we wanted to unwind in our room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming . The weather was hot by day and cool by night .The beach is 2 mins away and was very clean. In the evening, locals play music along the beach and it has a lively atmosphere. The shops along the beach are still open in the evening and the restaurants serve delightful affordable food. The moroccan tea was amazing and definitely my favourite. Hailing a cab from outside the hotel isn't bad but just know how much on average a ride to the market cost 20 Dirham (£2.00)
The market is a busy place keep your bag close and avoid giving money to beggars. Don't be afraid to barter with the stall holders.
I would advise to be respectful to the culture. This is a calm place and despite the cab ride I've never felt so safe.

We stayed over Christmas 2019/20. We had a lovely time..thanks to staff. Reception was spotless and helpful, room was spotless and very roomy/comfortable. Aida kept our room spotless every single day. Restaurant service was good. Had fresh omelette and delicious Moroccan pancakes (msimin?) prepared to order by Fatima and Aisha. Food was a bit limited but we found something to eat for all meals. Soup always delicious and lovely bread. Nice terrace for breakfast and lunch/coffee. Moustapha, Mohamed and Abde great waiters. Hassan was fantastic at evening time. Special mention must also go to Omar who is best pool bar manager ever. As well as courteous and professional made delicious killer coctails..my favorite was "special chocolate". There was Wifi throughout our stay but pool is not heated. And tennis court let go a while ago. Location great but pool side rooms get noise from Disco "Cash" til 5am..nice!There was a feeling among guests that hotel owners/management not doing enough to support staff..whom we found helpful and courteous always. We shall miss Huda and Marwha of animation. And all staff. Agadir is a great spot at this time of can't forget beautiful Raja from reception who helped us and who we adored!

We arrived quite late, reception checked us in very quickly and invited us to have dinner in the restaurant before going up to our room. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, and a balcony with beautiful views of the sea. The bathroom was functional but could use a little updating.
The pool area was lovely, lots of sun beds, and if you pay a deposit, you can hire beach towels. Again, although very clean, the sun beds and parasols could be updated.
The beach is down quite a few flights of stairs, and across one road. When you get to the beach, there is a cordoned off area, specifically for Royal Mirage residents. Plenty of sun beds and parasols. No beach bar, but there are shops/restaurants nearby. The beach itself is more suited to surfing than swimming, and it was a shame to see so much litter. If the beach was cleaned up regularly, it would be a beautiful spot.
We stayed on an All Inclusive package. The food was delicious and quite traditional Moroccan food. It did become a little repetitive, but I didn’t mind that, as the dishes were always full of flavour. The hotel staff were very pleasant and polite. The animation team were friendly and tried hard to make evenings fun. They were lovely.
The only down side to staying here is that we were surrounded by about 4 nightclubs, which opened between 2.30am and 4.30am. So if you’re looking for peace and quiet, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We eventually got used to it, and were able to sleep through most nights.
This was sold to us as a four star resort, but I would say, due to the hotel needing a bit of a facelift, it was more like a very good quality 3 star resort. If you’re staying with friends or a large group and are looking for a lively spot, close to the beach, with good food and nice pool area, I would recommend.

Went to this hotel for 12 days over Christmas. The hotel has had a bit of a facelift, our room was on the 4th floor had just been refurbished and was really nice our room
looking into the pool and the beach . I will say the hotel needs to get new towels there towels are little old.we wereclose to night club but it was not a problem and I slept with the balcony door opened all night .The meals in the evening were not perfect but there was always something I could eat and in the morning I got a fresh made omelette or fried egg and pancakes there is a good choice of food in the morning .The pool was really cold and it was supposed to be heated but it definitely was not and the tables around the pool could be doing with a clean .the animation team were very friendly and entertaining they could not be nicer Yassine is a very nice young man friendly and helpful. My husband and myself were going to play crazy golf but no golf ball my God how much is it for new balls . Dont expect to much for the all inclusive the drinks I'm sure a watered down no option to buy good spirits all local the only good thing was there coffee so all we had was coffee and water as I got 3 vodkas over the 12 days and I thought I was drinking cola . My husband drinks his whisky neet and he could not finish the one and only one he got as he said it had water in it .

The hotel was reasonable for the price paid. Room was basic, but had most of the essentials other than a fridge or chairs on the balcony. Bathroom was nice but there were pigeons that had nested in the area above the bathroom (we were on the top floor) which could upset some holiday makers as you could hear their wings flapping and cooing throughout the day and night.
Rest of the hotel looked okay, more than enough seating, pool area was a bit tired looking with very worn deck chairs but again for the price it met our expectations.
Breakfast had enough good options but was nothing special.
Location was excellent.
Staff were a mixed bag: reception staff were fantastic including Hassan the bel man, who were all eager to help, enthusiastic and made for a great first and last impression, kitchen staff were friendly, welcoming and plates were cleared quickly.
Cleaning was shocking, cleaners would operate incredibly slowly and for some reason would take all the towels first thing, leaving you without a towel until they’ve cleaned your room, our record was having to wait until 4:00pm to get towels and a room clean. We can deal with coming back from excursions to an uncleaned room but not having the option of having a shower is a deal breaker. Even if you ask for towels earlier, they will act like it’s a big request, make you wait (we waited an hour one day) and mutter under their breath which is just incredibly rude and soured the efforts of all the other staff.

I'm writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Royal Mirage Hotel in Agadir, booked through your platform. The experience was incredibly disappointing, and I feel it's crucial to bring these issues to your attention.
The air conditioning in the rooms was not functioning properly, despite the hotel's assurance that it would be available. As a result, the rooms were uncomfortably hot during our mid-summer visit, making our stay quite unpleasant.
The service at the hotel was subpar. It took multiple requests to receive a fan, and despite repeated appeals for an extra towel, we never got one. The receptionist's response was unsatisfactory and failed to address the problem.
The overall quality of the hotel, particularly the bathroom, fell far below the standard one would expect from a 4-star establishment. The attached picture illustrates the poor condition of the bathroom, which was a stark contrast to what was advertised.
Furthermore, the security in the room was lacking as there was no balcony lock, allowing easy access to our belongings. It took a day and speaking with the manager to finally get a lock installed, which was a basic requirement that should have been provided.
I'd definitely stay away from booking this hotel only looks nice from the outside the inside is worn out and not worth the money.
If anyone has any questions feel free to email me
Amza-786@hotmail.co.uk.
Thanks amza

Spent first night here (Sept 1st) and already looking gir another hotel, First of all do NOT book this hotel, thers is NO AC at all, wifi does not work at all times as keeps cutting off, room telephone not working, hardly any shower water as pressure is really low. Have told management and they don't seem to be too fussed, even the staff member confirmed this should not be a 4* hotel, i have stayed in much better 3* hotels here and never again will i book this hotel. Deco is also old all over but again NO AC in this weather is terrible.
