This hotel has obviously been around for quite a long time. However, the lobby has been upgraded. It was well lighted and contained all the things the Marriott consultants advised them that was needed. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. My bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. Mariott has figured out how to use the shower curtains...

Typical Courtyard property. My room had the strangest layout, I've never seen one like it before. The Credenza /TV were alongside the bed on the left side, so to watch TV you had to lay sideways . You can literally touch the tv from the bed. The other viewing option was from a small sofa across the room, The sofa...

Great font reception staff, facilities, bistro & location downtown. Only problem We ever had was a near-full parking garage during certain times. The parking is very tight & some car drivers like to take up 2 spaces so as to mot ding up their vehicles. Will always stat here when in downtown area.

Thanks for the great personal service and food prepared by Lanette. I stay at Courtyards 50+ nights per year and she prepared the best and freshest Bistro meal. The rest of the hotel is about average for Courtyard, older than most but clean and comfortable

This is an older Courtyard, but they have completed upgrades through the entry like all Courtyards. The staff is friendly, rooms have always been clean, and it's convenient to the interstate. I stay here every time I travel to Augusta. It's very consistent with the Courtyard brand.

I stayed here for a week for a work trip to Ft. Gordon. I will return after my experience whenever I am in the area for work. PROS: Good service, comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave (small) in the room. CONS: Loud hallways and a lot of noise from the highway. Blinking detectors in the room were annoying to fall asleep...

Stayed here for business and worked long hours. Wanted to grab breakfast a few times when I could. The one breakfast attendant was great, the other I was absolutely horrible told me one day to mind my business when I asked for coffee. Not the way to treat Marriott guests

Hi Mike M, Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear one of our staff responded in that manner, that is absolutely unacceptable. Please contact me directly at the hotel so that I can address the situation with that person. However, I am happy to hear that your interaction with our other Bisto...

This hotel is located on Stevens Creek Road. The desk clerk was friendly and situated us in the back of the hotel after I asked if we could be placed in a room further away from the front noise. The room was large and clean. The hotel has a breakfast but it is pricey. There are several fast food places...

The rooms were clean and quiet. The service was excellent. The check-in process was efficient and fast. A request for a late checkout due to an extended meeting was granted without an issue. The location is convenient for the Augusta National Golf Course and local restaurants.

Stopped after another long day on the road. Best feature of all was the very comfortable bed which resulted in a good nights rest. Clean room. Very convenient access to I-20. Missed having free breakfast as many hotels now have, which is very convenient when wanting to grab a quick breakfast.
