I go to Augusta for business a minimum of 6 times a year. This has been my primary hotel for many years. So far this year I have tried 3 other hotels in the Augusta area either because they were new, or I couldn't get reservations here. This hotel remains my first choice and I will not try to book...

Only here for one night, thank goodness! The hotel is VERY disappointing. We are Platinum members and would never stay here again! Room is musty smelling and NOT updated. There are two of us and only one chair in the room! No table! Old refrigerator and microwave. A/C is a window unit and cuts on and off all night! I...

The hotel was easy to find off the expressway. THe staff was very professional and courteous. THe exterior and interior was very clean and appealing the staff was constantly making sure my needs were met. The only reason it does not get an excellent rating is because their linen needs updating (sheets) in particular. I had to request a new...

Older Courtyard but well maintained. Staff members are professional, friendly and helpful. Fridge and microwave in room - LOTS OF CONVENIENT OUTLETS. Like other Courtyards, breakfast is not free and lower-speed internet is free but higher-speed is $5/day.

VERY old hotel they did an OK renovation with. Room furnished nicely but was extremely dusty. AC kept cutting off and on about every 5 minutes. Since it was very important I had a good night sleep for important meeting the next day, I asked maintenance to help me keep it running constantly. Chris, said it could not happen because...

I came in very late at night and was able to get right into my room. Front desk staff was very nice and polite. Great Service and a good walk from room into the courtyard! Recommended for staying a long weekend or a family gathering not far away!!! Bistro was a bit pricey, but food was well worth the stay. Exercise room was a good fit for me and was able to get pumped. Best weights, better than the Baymont Riversides exercise room.
