I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. I normally stay at other hotels in the area and end up paying twice as much, so I was pleased to find out that I saved considerable amount of money and had a great stay. Great location and great value.

We stayed here for 6 days while visiting friends. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable BUT there were many issues! The door lock did not function properly. That was quickly replaced as was the broken coffeemaker. The microwave did not work. Most annoying was the tv which fritzed out every few seconds making it very difficult to... More

I can't say enough about the helpful and friendly staff at the SLEEP INN, Claussen Road, Augusta, Georgia. They took us and our two cats in, even though we had not booked there, and managed to make any cancellations work so that we could remain there for 6 nights. They do not usually take cats, so it was good of... More

My value of a hotel will vary based on price. If a hotel has all the basics, hot water for shower, good breakfast, internet , others, and the price is good , they may get a 5 event if it is older. With that I don't give any 5's to a hotel that has instant coffee machine. If you don't... More

This is a clean hotel except for carpeting in our room with friendly hotel employees - quiet considering our room was on the highway side and across from the vending machines and ice, could barely hear any highway noise from cars or foot traffic going to the vending machines. Our bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. The bathroom... More

Check in was very fast, easy to find off of Interstate 20. Room wasn't ready for me at 5:00pm but was cleaned shortly after. Room was very clean and well maintained. The hallway carpet was filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned in several days. There was a noticeable musky odor in the hallway. I might consider staying here... More

Check in was very good. Room was very nice and clean. I think there should be more than 2 towels but that's ok. Bed was comfy and room was very comfortable and clean. I was bit by something but I think it may have been a mosquito because it was not real bad. I do recommend this hotel.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel staff were nice and seemed efficient in doing their jobs. My room was on the first floor and it had a noticeable odor of a damp mildew smell coming from the A/C area when I first entered room. I requested that the room be freshened with deodorizer in which they responded immediately. Other,... More

Oh for all this hotel is very good. I did have trouble with the broken TV and because I arrived late, the only person at the hotel was the front desk lady and she couldn't really leave to help me. TV would not change channels at all but I was able to borrow a DVD to watch in my room.... More

My husband and I had to stop for the night after driving all day. The lady at the front desk, Julia, was so sweet. We asked to switch rooms to be able to see the parking lot, and she was so pleasant! In the past, some receptionists act like it's such a hassle. She was friendly and polite. The room... More
