We needed a hotel close to the university buildings near the campus arches for a night meeting on campus that my husband planned to attend. Not realizing how quickly the hotel rooms are filled for a weekend, this was the only decent seeming choice left. The price was exorbitant for a room that would ordinarily have been less than $100...

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and hadnice decor. They are in the middle of construction on an addition, but they were not working on the Friday night we stayed. Great location close to lots of food and shops.Easy to find and would reccomend to anyone.

Surprisingly quiet room, and a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Athens. Excellent breakfast with generous hours (goes until 10am!) Good water pressure in the shower, too. Thin sheets and towels but lots of bang for your buck.

This motel was dreary; room was very small for two double beds. Construction noise began early in the morning on Saturday. We waited 45 minutes for a television remote since there was none in the room. Parking was confusing; there was a separate entrance down the street from the check-in office. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Clean rooms. Under construction . Great location to UGA and downtown. Good value. Surrounding area a bit schetchy ! This requires 200 words and I really don't want to think this hard or type this much - so the survey gets a thumbs down due to this requirement

The hotel was old and over priced for the value received. Not a great location. Would drive a further distance to not have to stay there again. Staff was nice and helpful. New addition being built but for what you are getting it is extremely overpriced. Rooms are very small and only offer full beds.

Not bad but nothing special. We just needed a decent place to stay for a night and it got the job done. Staff seemed friendly and we didn't have any problems. The room seemed pretty clean and we would stay there again for a short stay.

This hotel is outdated and no one seems to have ever cared. There are bugs, blood stains, and sticky carpet floors. Spend the extra 20$ a night and go somewhere else. I have slept on kitchen floors that were cleaner.

It is an average property. I've been staying there for 20 years when I go to Athens. It hasn't really changed much. Parking is convenient to the room. With the construction, it's a hassle having to drive to get breakfast.

Good price and location. Housekeeping could do a little better cleaning and the sink and shower was slow. Parking is a little tight and I will be glad when construction of the new part of the motel is complete.

Thank Mark J
