We stayed for a wedding that was on located on the property. The room was one of my favorites ever! The details of the room are so fun! The lobby and coffee area are so inviting and the staff at the front desk was wonderful to us. The coffee shop was not great. Overpriced and the staff was not top...

Needed a hotel room so I could be close to spouse while hospitalized. The Graduate came through and drove me to and from the hospital. A big help since I am wheelchair bound. They went out of their way.

Weekend couples trip to Athens. I stayed here when it was the Foundry several years back, and the new management has brought a very different feel to the property. Guest rooms have dated construction, but they have clearly put effort into updating decorum with a neat retro feel. A few negatives: room door had large cracks with insufficient molding for...

The Graduate was a great little find. The room was very clean with lots of vibrant colors which was nice. It was close to everything I wanted to do downtown by either walking or a 1 minute car ride. Definitely recommend.

The overall hotel was really kitschy modern yet retro. We loved the unique style! Convenient to downtown Athens. We were able to walk to most shops and bars. Walls were pretty thin and we had to listen to our nerdy neighbors talk about Magic the gathering until 3am. Water service was interrupted during stay due to some plumbing issues or...

I live in Athens, GA but have stayed here several times. The hotel is in a good location, near downtown. It is laid out like a "motel," i.e., the rooms are all open to the outside. This is what I'd call a motel because all the rooms I saw have exterior doors. The rooms are nice and have a 60s-70s college dorm room theme. They're really interesting and creative. They have updated/renovated bathrooms and trendy toiletries. They have a trendy/college town vibe lobby. The room key even had your very own (mock)student ID.
