I stayed in Caserio Valuz for a couple of weeks but could spend there 2 months. The country inn is built in Spanish style and is nicely decorated with artifacts throughout the building – you can spend hours, looking at figurines, oil paintings and photos. Each room is cozy and full of air. Jorge, the owner of the place, is... More

First, it is perfectly located in between Comayagua and Tegucigalpa - the former and new capital city. Then, you have the warm welcome of Jorge, a man that travelled the world and decided to build his own hotel ! The hotel is surrounded by nature, the garden is lovely. I could walk through beautiful landscapes and even swim into a... More

Caserio Valuz is a captivating home. Jorge is an extremely hospitable host and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. I could have comfortably spent a month exploring Zambrano and the surrounding towns. It is a gem in the heart of Honduras, and Caserio Valuz provides the comfort you need to truly enjoy yourself. It can't be missed!

Right off the bat, you notice the beauty and tranquility. The entire estate exudes refined taste and simple, country harmony. Elegant details and fine designs riddle the house and it's many rooms. While you may be charmed by the authentic Franciscan architecture, the homey interiors, and the lush grounds, you will soon find that the aesthetics, as lovely as they... More

I stayed in the bunk room, which was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had our own bathroom and the rooms were made up nicely every day. To top it off, the villa is situated in a very pleasant rural setting. And there is a cob pizza oven out back! Jorge is a gracious host and you won't... More

My girlfriend and I initially only planned on staying at Caserio Valuz for one or two nights but we enjoyed our stay so much that we ended spending a whole week there. We randomly found this beautiful hotel when looking for something close, but not in, Tegucigalpa, the bustling capital of Honduras and I am sure glad we did. The... More
