I love this hotel and location. Just 20 min away from the airport. Place is super clean and have a great customer service. I would recommend it and for sure come back to stay here every time I come to SPS.
The actual room is really nice. Spacious, modern, comfortable. The service wasn't so helpful or friendly, the internet was unreliable, and the breakfast was also not that great. I'd stay there again, but won't be looking forward to it too much.
La cascada hotel is next to the park the church and awesome volcano view. Restaurant located downstairs is part of this hotel and a full out gym next to it. Everything you can ask for arms length. Thank you I loved it here and stayed one week. La Fortuna
Enjoyed our two nights here - reception was very easy and friendly. Felt very safe here as well. Staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast is included and is simple but good. For the rate, this is a good option in SPS.
We had a night in San Pedro Sula before our flight to Roatan. We were tired travelers having come from Vancouver and Toronto. The hotel arranged for Senor Vidal to pick us up from the airport. Such a lovely man but spoke little English. Check-in was a breeze - the room was spacious, modern and the beds super comfy 😀 the air con worked great and good hot water pressure in the shower. They put us in room 510 which had an okay view and there happened to be a fireworks show on October 14 - it was spectacular to watch from the window. A free continental breakfast of eggs, refried beans, fresh tortillas sausages and fruit, cereal if you wanted was a good kick start for our return trip with Senor Vidal to the airport. I would definitely stay here again if needing an over-nighter.…
These guys are terrific. Not only are the rooms clean, beds very comfortable and bathrooms super modern & clean, but being near the City Mall makes it easy to take in some shopping or visit the food fair (try La Crepiere on 2nd floor near the food fair- love it). And there is a good Chinese restaurant below the hotel. Here's a recent example of how much they value customer service -and I can give you many more. I had lost a bag in transit with Aeromexico. made a claim and after numerous emails and trying to contact them with the number they gave me, Susanna and her staff took it on to trace down a local number to contact and finally managed to talk to someone and arrange for the bag to be delivered to the hotel. As we'd already left, she then arranged to have it shrink-wrapped (to make sure no one could get into it) and have it delivered to where we were in Trujillo. Now that's service!…
Las Cascades was a lovely hotel. The neighborhood wasn't perfect, but we felt ok taking walks and there were restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The breakfast was buffet style and tasty. The hotel was nicely decorated, the beds and showers were perfect, the room was spacious, and there was a coffee machine downstairs so we could get coffee or espresso anytime. The reception people did not speak English very well, but were very helpful. We had a little trouble hooking up to the Internet network, but once we figured it out we had a very strong signal for our entire stay.
Very accommodating staff. Rooms were well appointed and clean. A/c was wonderful. Rented a suite for business meetings and staff also arranged the breakfast area for a meeting for a larger group. Would highly recommend.
The room was nice and spacious and very clean. Had to ask for a fridge though. The free breakfast is very basic and not many staff speak English. The location is good close to the mail though. There isn't anything to see in the city so just stay 1 night.
great rooms and beds near all sites. meals available on site and close to many restaurants. Car rentals is available streets have no signs. Children do come up to tourists for food and money. Power does go out from time to time to conserve energy most business have power generators.
