Very nice hotel in a good location, clean rooms, super comfy beds, friendly staff! Unfortunately we did not spend enough time there but would have liked to! We were there just for an overnight stay but did cab to a nearby restaurant for a great dinner that evening! We missed out on the free breakfast next morning as we had to catch an early flight! But I highly recommend this hotel when in San Pedro Sula, Just a note to add to hotel services about the taxi I arranged in the morning to the airport was not suitable for our needs, we were disappointed as I had requested a bigger vehicle to accommodate 2 cou!ples with big suitcases instead we got an old beater!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The receptionist who i believe his name is Edwin was very attentive. Room was clean, beds were comfy, flat tv, mini fridge, air conditioner, free breakfast. Wish it had hair dryer. We actually went out for a walk the night we stayed there. The nearby park has free exercise machines. Found the area to be safe.

Super comfortable bed, big bathroom, wifi in the room, pleasant decor, nice receptionist and security guy - they don't speak well English, but they'll make every effort to help. We've managed to get by with very basic Spanish and a phrase book. Hotel is only minutes away (on a taxi) from big and secured shopping centres. Room was rather small for 2 people (although we only needed a bed for the night), shower didn't feel safe as electricity cables running on top of it and water was splashing on them and that was my concern. No window in the room. We didn't try breakfast as we were leaving for the bus early in the morning.

We stayed at Hotel Verona for 1 Night, had to make a sleepover to hop on a plane on the next day to Roatán, nice clean place, the staff was super polite and always looking to assist you, the rooms are just the right size, big nice puffy bed, A/C and a pretty clean bathroom, there's a water fountain to get yourself as much water as you need. The hotel is just a few blocks away from many stores and shopping centers, just around the corner you can get to try some "baleadas" it's a typical dish from honduras, you won't be disappointed. If you need a cab or any directions, just ask in the front desk, they will be more than willing to help you oh and don't forget to ask for the wifi password, they'll be more than happy to provide it, good price for a nice hotel (includes breakfast) if you are looking for a sleep and not a all inclusive.

The Hotel Verona is very good at what it is, a business hotel, the rooms are confortable enough, with a very nice tv and a/c which in Honduras is a must. The breakfast is very good, as it is typical, but you can have also the continental breakfast. The location is expectacular as it is in a very safe place and also you can find good restaurants near the hotel. I would recomend this always.

Have stayed in Verona Hotel twice in the last year. The last time being this month (oct. 2013). Was there for a business trip. Hotel is quite small, 10 - 12 room I believe. Rooms are quite simple, perhaps too simple. although for the price of the hotel, more than enough. I stayed in a double room, beds with plain cover sheets, no comforter ( which I later found in the closet). Room was kind of crowded for a double bed room. Location of TV made it hard to watch as TV was on the side of the bed, not in front. If you only need a place to sleep, Verona is ok considering it's price. Breakfast was quite good and has improved since my first visit a year ago. Now they served the usual local breakfast : beans, scrambled eggs, fried plantains. Juice and milk available. some fruits, cereal, bread, cheese, butter. The cafeteria is small though, only 2 tables with 4 chairs each. If it's crowded, then you'll probably find used dished from other guests. But in general food was good, kind of a home made breakfast. Staff was very helpful when any request was made.
