I came to San Pedro for work. Decided to stay at this hotel because i found an online deal making it rather cheap. The location is great you're in a good and safe area walking distance from 2 malls (multiplaza and citymall), fast food restaurants and across the street from 2 gas stations. They offer underground parking, breakfast buffet and have a coffee shop too. Hotel staff was very nice at all times, the rooms are quite comfortable. My only gripe is that the rooms are too dark for working purposes and that some parts of the hotel need some maintenance.

I like a lot this hotel because of its location and prices, they hace a very good breakfast and the attendance was very profeesional. They also have the best coffee. This is one of the newest hotels in tpown (about 8 years)

Not worth it for the price they ask. Seems as though they don’t pay too much attention to details. I mean the A/C was really loud, the device where you put the key to turn the light on is not always working. Couldn’t get hot water in my shower, found candy wraps in one corner of my room. The plastic plates for breakfast look tacky and the tables don’t feel firm, they kept shaking while I ate. Not a true Holiday Inn Express experience IMO.

the hotel is not bad,with 2 exception: the air conditioning is very noisy and the electronic key for entering the room is loosing the data very easy . otherwise nothing to complain about (nice personal , good breakfast , wifi is working good enough mostly)

The hotel is old. The breakfast is below average, tasteless, you eat in plastic plates and plastic glasses. Choice of food and beverages is very poor. The air conditioning system in the room is old, which means you can get easily sick, and noisy. The rooms are extremely hot if you don't keep it on, but if you do it's noisy and points directly at the desk. Result, I keep it off and the heath is unbearable. Swimming pool is small and a little dirty. Tv flat screen in the room is old and yes there is a small coffee machine, but there is no spoons nor sugar nor a small fridge. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price they ask for, I would strongly recommend to look for an alternative hotel in the area.

The Holiday Inn is conveniently located in San Pedro Sula. About 25 minutes from the airport. The hotel does not provide free transport but you can arrange paid transport through them. A driver will then pick you up from the airport. Location of Holiday Inn is in the hotel zone closeby to Hampton, Hilton, Intercontinental etc. On the other side of the road there is a shopping mall which has different options for lunch / dinner. You can also walk to Interncontinental Hotel which has good options for dinner. Holiday Inn Express itself has no restaurant (except for breakfast) although there is a coffee shop / small restaurant at the front end of the hotel. This is external though so not connected to the hotel. Service at the front desk is good and friendly. Rooms are well equipped and have all amenities. WIFI is of good speed and free to use. The hotel has a small external pool and a small gym which is nice. Both are free to use. Breakfast is served in the morning at ground level. Good amount of options and adepted to local cuisine. All together a solid hotel and I will definately be back in the future!…

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It's very much a business oriented hotel and has a nice area to sit and work off the lobby. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. However, I spent three nights there this week and never got hot water out of the bathroom sink or tub. In fact, the warmest the water ever got was lukewarm.

I stayed here on a weekend doing some business in SPS. The manager was great. I loved the small restaurant and their coffee was excellent. This is a good location across from 2 large malls and not too far from good restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Went with my family for Easter break and it was a bad experience... To begin they did not had any type food service, the restaurant was closed because of the holiday. What restaurant closes in a hotel in a holiday?! The room was too dark (need more lights) Simple cable tv was available. The next morning they didn’t even had coffee for breakfast, I’ve ask the waiter for a croissant and she said they made all the food already, but five minutes later they came out with a batch of croissants... couldn’t she have asked before giving a response? I would not recommend this place for holiday stay...
