The Four Star rating is the specific result that The hotel does not an elevator which made for a challenging stay as I had injured my back prior to arriving at the hotel and discovering that my room was on the 4th floor. (On my last day, I met the Owner / Hosts who wanted to know how my stay was and he sincerely apologized and assured me that if they had known, they would have worked to accommodate me on lower level, although sadly I arrived in the midst of an unusually busy week at the hotel as their was multi nation trade show event going on nearby. The hotel is older, intentionally quirky in design and In a slightly out of the way location and provided an excellent value. The room and bathroom size was ample and the hotel was very clean. The Bed, TV, Coffeemaker, Air conditioning, and wifi worked flawlessly, although I recommend they post the wifi code in the room. An excellent hotel in central city. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean & comfortable rooms with many thoughtful details in the room. They were very careful about Covid safety and made us feel at home. They even provided coffee and fruits at 4:30 AM when were leaving for the airport!

The rooms are okay, although there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom, I found the staff absolutely unfriendly. My group of friends (5 people, 5 rooms) checked in and over the 15 minutes it took, the front desk person barely uttered a word (four of our party speak Spanish as a first language so it wasn't a language issue). Not a "welcome" nor a "hello" or "thank you." The woman was a total zombie. You would speak to her and she would be stone faced and not answer. She did eventually tell us the time breakfast started and the internet access code. It was so weird - nobody could believe. it. At check-out the women there were not much friendlier. They barely spoke and didn't even offer a good morning, or thank you for staying with us. The breakfast was a joke. So little to offer, bad coffee, processed meats and cheese, a few pieces of fruit and white bread for toast. Really sad.…

Usually was a good option specially for business person but in the last few years they haven't made a good maintenance and the breakfast is not so good. I believe there are better option first of this hotel.

This place is horrible. I am staying here for work and my stay is paid for but seriously can’t wait to get out. Rooms are so hot that I can’t sleep, there is the air con but good luck not gettin at cold with the air con on the whole time night included. If you don’t turn on the air con the hot it’s unbearable, I would rather sleep on the couch in the entrance. The breakfast is average for such a price per night. No buffet no tea just a glass of orange juice and coffee. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpfull, the guy at the reception didn’t even looked at me when I asked questions and answered looking at the computer screen(bare in mind I was the only person at the desk). On top of all this, on the second night they didn’t put any new shampoo nor new soap tablets in the toilet. Room is paid for but it is absolutely not worth the price. There is far far far better option for this price per night even in san pedro sula city. Poll is dirty I won’t even pur my dog in it. …

I have been staying at Casa del Arbol Galerias for years now. Why you ask? It's because you get way more quality for the lower price you pay than anywhere else. I have personally stayed at 7 other hotels in the San Pedro Sula area over the years, and this one was the second cheapest and had the best overall quality and comfort of them all. If you are looking for a comfortable bed, with friendly service, a good breakfast, and in a safer area of town, look no further than Casa del Arbol Galerias. On a side note, Casa del Arbol is also very loyal to their customers. Because I have been bringing groups here for years, they show preference when it comes to my group booking a stay at the same time as another group. I am very grateful to have found this gem!

During my travels to San Pedro Sula, Honduras. My favorite place to stay is the Hotel Casa Del Arbol, Galerias. The staff is attentive, helpful and very efficient. The menu in the restaurant located on the first floor is varied and quite tasty. All dishes are prepared from scratch. A fellow guest commented that "this hotel is cleaner then a hospital". I agree. The art featured in this boutique hotel was of particular note. It represented local artists and fun to look at whether in the lobby, hallways or rooms. Everything about the rooms was comfortable, clean and crisp. Although I didn't go to the pool, it looked nice albeit small. There was a nice view from the top floor where the meeting room was located. The buffet breakfast had variety so it was pleasing to most. As mentioned by Gail050, they accommodated our group of 18 for a delightful, last night in Honduras, dinner appreciated by all of us. If I had a criticism it was there was no bar, and the supply of beer was very limited! However, it is definitely on our "we'd stay there again" list.

This smaller hotel, while centrally located, is off the busy streets and very nice. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms nicely appointed, and the whole place feels crisp and clean. Their top floor meeting room with balconies offers fantastic views. The pool is not huge but very lovely. We had them make a dinner for 18 and it was delicious, including a cake. While they do not have an official bar, they do offer beer and sodas for sale. We wanted wine with our dinner and they took care of getting it for us. The buffet breakfast offers many choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. A distinguishing feature is their artwork in every room and the hallways. It was done by local women, as the owners strive to support local artists. Definitely a place you should consider staying.
