I was very disappointed. We chose a double room. When I opened the bedroom door, the strong smell coming from the carpet forced me to turn on the air conditioning. The room has no mini fridge. In the bathroom we found only one towel each, for the shower. No face towels and not even a rug in front of the shower. A positive thing is check out at 12
Not very nice. Expensive for what they offer. They have carpet in the room as a consequence the rooms are smelly. The sheets where not the cleanest . The breakfast is not very good. I wold not reccomend this place. Reception and staff where very nice .
We stayed one night with a group of 5. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The male clerk at the reception isn’t the best service oriented person. Other staff & house keeping is super friendly and service oriented. The location of this hotel is ideal and parking is free and good. Within walking distance is the Catedtal de San Pedro Apostal, Parque Central Luis Alonso Baraona and Galaria Nacional de Arte. We had dinner at an smal Italian restaurant Tratoria Bel Paese which is super close to the hotel and one of the best restaurants in San Pedro Sula. Breakfast at the hotel is good and a great variety of options. Weird thing is that the room has no safe box.
The place has a good location, adequate service, a slightly better than average breakfast buffet, but the internet didn't work and that was really annoying. Plus, the gym's treadmills didn't work, so that was also uncool. And you can't open the windows, so the air in the rooms was a little stale.
This hotel is very well located, is very nearof very good restaurants and malls and a bloock from an important supermarket. What I didn' like much is that the rooms weren't big enough and the service could be better.
I stayed here for a week for a conference. The hotel is very clean, relatively new, and has the things a traveler would expect. Flat screen TV with many channels, quiet air conditioning, comfortable towels and sheets, free WiFi, breakfast, etc. The staff are helpful and courteous, and they also appear to work here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The head of catering served us breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our entire stay. My room was on the 4th floor away from the main road so was relatively quiet. There was no safe in my room, and it was small - room for a bed, desk, minibar fridge, and a dresser, nothing more. I had to unplug the minibar fridge to plug in my laptop. The gym has relatively modern equipment but is small - three people in there feels crowded. My only regret about this hotel is that beyond the rooms and the breakfast room, there isn't much else to this place. It is spartan. The lobby is small, seating 4-5 people maximum. Given that it's generally unsafe to go walking after dark in San Pedro Sula, you are really are trapped in the hotel. Our group had arranged for dinner to be catered in one of the conference rooms, but otherwise there's little to do. Our conference room was awkward to access - you have to go out the front door of the hotel and then back in a side door rather than go through the hotel. The conference room was very chilly with the air-conditioning on - they told us that it is either on at full blast or off. Nice hotel, just not a lot else going on.…
This trip was what I expected to be hectic being that I was picking up my elderly grandmother to bring her home to Miami and get her to a doctor. The staff checked her in before me ensured I arrived at the hotel safely and comfortably and basically gave customer service that was above and beyond anything I've ever seen. (Mind you I travel frequently and this hotel is number one on my list.) The amenities are fantastic! Very modern hotel with great food and an exceptional staff! Thank you Seniora Alba for making our stay memorable! This is now the Only hotel I will stay at when visiting San Pedro Sula!!
I stayed here for 2 nights during my first visit to San Pedro Sula city. It is a small but elegant hotel. The hotel is nice, the rooms clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and courteous. Wifi is free but not high speed. If your room faces the busy avenue, street noise could be a problem. My rating would be GOOD, lower than very good, but higher than average. TripAdvisor doesn’t allow GOOD as the rating.
