We spent two nights here and enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent. Beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, there were sufficient outlets for recharging cameras and cellphones. Toiletries and facecloths were not provided. Included breakfast was very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is pretty large and a money changer(not an ATM) is located in the back right corner. The downside is that there were very few chairs for guests to sit and chat. Such a large lobby could have accommodated a few clusters of chairs so people did not have to stand to socialize. There are four quick elevators and a very nice gift shop off the lobby. We ate in the restaurant three times, it was hit or miss, but we had the opportunity to try authentic Chilean cuisine. We especially enjoyed the seafood chupe and the corn mote dinners. Steak was too grisly. Service was also hit or miss.…
The environment was really good, it was quite and clean. The people were so nice in the reception desk and the restaurant. The location was perfect cause I was traveling by hedman alas and it was in front of it.
We had a team here in August. I worked with the manager to get the rooms reserved. The number of people on the team changed a couple of times which resulted in accommodation changes. Everything went well. Food was excellent and served on time each day. The rooms were clean and spacious. The property was secure with a locked gate at night and 24 hour security cameras. We will use El Bosque each time we have a team.
Our team of 8 people stayed at El Bosque Hotel for a week while we did mission work at area churches and a children´s center. We enjoyed all of our meals there as well. The accommodations were perfect for us! The staff was always friendly and helpful and worked with us for scheduled meal changes and anything else we needed assistance with. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and peaceful setting. This is the perfect setting for mission teams. We will be returning in the future!
Stayed at the hotel for a week while on a mission trip. The place is very safe and clean. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The meals were delicious and feature authentic cuisine from Honduras. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
