Hotel Don Moises is run by the most helpful, lovely woman who couldn't have been kinder to our group. The rooms were slightly dated, problems with our toilet (rarely flushed) and the shower didn't work but it was just a place to rest our heads for one night. The owner more than made up for the rest. About a 10-15... More

We had a room with private bath and air conditioning. The hotel is close to everything. Very reasonable price($20). Had wifi. The management was friendly and helpful. When i was looking for fruits to buy in the evening, Frank even walked to the nearby cooperative and showed me the place. highly recommended. The shower in our room was hot. We... More

Stayed for two nights at Hotel Don Moises in Copan Ruinas. It is a Nice and cheap Backpackers place with clean rooms, a great rooftop terrace, free coffee and a good location close to the main Square and close to restaurants and bars. Recommended.

Don Moises is a nice hostel with a friendly staff. The terrace is great for an afternoon beer and the wifi is great in the whole hostel (including rooms). They also offer private rooms, so it's ideal for couples as well. Location is great as it is situated in a safe street close to the central park. And of course,... More

The location of this hostel/hotel is excellent, it's very close to everything you would need (including the ruins). There is a restaurant café just below the hotel which serves amazing food in big portions. The staff are very friendly, particularly the lady, who sorted us out very well (we changed the dates we were staying here and the staff accommodated... More

This was a perfect hostel to stay at. The prices were great and the device was even better! We had fresh sheets and washed towels every day. There was a beautiful spot to hang out, and it is near many restraints and places to see. I highly recommend this hostel to all of the travelers.

I did not stay here but I did have a nose around and spoke with the owner Amanda who sorted the rubbish from the truth with onwards travel stories of "You have to get a shuttle" and not just a Collectivo. Clean and tidy and well run and offers trips and tours. Its ideally located and offers from Dorms to... More

This is a wonderful little hotel. A nice central location, just one block off the city center square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can book all the local tours and travel thru the front desk. We went horse riding, to the Macaw Mountain and the hotspings and were picked up at the front of the hotel. Very... More

My husband and I stayed here twice on our tour of Honduras and Guatemala and were very pleased each time with the value, friendliness and great location in Copan Ruinas. We stayed in Room 206 on the second floor; the room was & quiet spacious, the air con refreshing and showers hot. WiFi was also excellent. (Hint: for hotter water,... More

What a lovely hotel! Rooms are old and quite basic but everything is spotlessly clean, the sheets are decent and the shower is hot. Staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. There are hammocks on the roof terrace, a kitchen for guests to use, free coffee, water and wifi. It's just a block from the main square with plenty of... More
