We loved Camp Bay Lodge! Incredible views, friendliest staff, amazing food. The Owner, Chris and his family, are such incredible people and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this spot. We can’t wait to come back.
Camp bay lodge is the perfect place to spend a peaceful and private trip in the east end of roatan. It is located on one of the most beautiful, pristine, virgin and calm beaches of roatan where you can enjoy the whole beach without a crowd. Plenty of activities like kite surfing depending on the weather, kayak, snorkeling, scuba diving and trips around the east end of the beach. The lodge has an outstanding vibe with their hosts marylu and chris who make your stay very familiar and cozy. The rooms are located right on the beach and you only need to take 10 steps to be in the water. Great food, clean and nicely designed spaces to enjoy a real relaxed beach vacation! Fully recommended!
Had a great 4 days at Camp Bay Lodge. As soon as we arrived it felt relaxed and peaceful. Chris and Mary-Lou were wonderful to deal with and felt like long lost friends. The staff were friendly, facilities were great, the restaurant, which we did not expect to be open, served a good selection of food that was always delicious. We had a beach front room that was very nice and spacious. We had a great view of the water with a balcony to sit on in the evening. Being able to walk the beach everyday was a bonus. Definitely recommend staying here.
Coming to Camp Bay Lodge is really a true island authentic beach experience. Located on the most pristine beach in all of Roatan the lodge has everything you need to really relax and unwind. Comfortable rooms, delicious food & plenty of hammocks - this place is pure bliss. Highly recommend and will be back again... and again!
Camp Bay Lodge is located in a beautiful beach on east end Roatan, the best thing is that its not crowded at all. We met Cgristian and his family, they are really nice. Also Celene is an excellent cook and very kind, she cooked a delicious "sopa marinera" which is a must to try if you are ever here. I would recommend renting a cqr, since the place is far away, and I know next time Im in Roatan i will be staying at Camp Bay Lodge.
