The hotel is off the beaten path of main street Pana but the grounds and the setting make up for the extra time getting to where it is at. We had a great game of chess outside our room and enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi in a most beautiful setting on Lago de Atitlan. Our stay included at no...

We stayed here with my wife for a wedding. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel is one of the most beautiful ones I have stayed in my life. The view from the lakeside rooms is fantastic. The gardens around the hotel area are extremely beautiful and the land is so vast that you can walk around the mazes and...

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Panajachel, so you can enjoy the peacefulness of its setting while still being able to go into town for a $1-$2 “tuk-tuk” ride (itself a Guatemalan experience not to be missed!). The hotel’s open-air hallways are decorated with Guatemalan benches, wood carvings, candlesticks, sculptures and plants, and the rooms are furnished simply...

Good and Nice hotel with a beautiful view to the lake. The access to the hotel area is a little hard, it needs to be improved. The garden are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are clean. Spa doesn't work efficiently...they left me waiting more then 10m alone for a massage and of course I gave it up. Great place to...

The lake is right at the edge of the gardens. The rooms are quite nice with plenty of amenities. The staff is attentive in every way. The dining room serves excellent food, and the...

This hotel charges non guests to go around its gardens. The hotel has its own security perimeter. It is situated at the foot of the mountains in a small bay, the view of the bay is spoilt by 3 tower blocks of a hotel constructed of green painted concrete. Having said that, the tower blocks are not visible for the...

The rooms are not nice. They are dark during the day and rustic. The beds are not comfortable. Don't forget flip flops for the shower. We got bitten by bed bugs!!! The gardens, the views and the swimming pools are worth staying there. But you can also stay somewhere else and go there for a cup of tea and have...

Do yourself a favor and stay here on the lake at least one night! Service was good from the moment we walked into the hotel and continued while we were waiting for our transportation that was an hour late. The manager called our transportation coordinator and kept getting updates for us. The rooms are nice, not over the top. They...
