I stayed for two nights early January and I’m so pleased that I chose this place. My room was huge with a large bathroom and shower area. Everything was meticulously clean and tidy, bed comfortable and the large flat screen tv had lots of different channels. Give House is in the old centre zone 1, the area is considered not very safe, especially late, but I never felt unsafe and walked everywhere. Giovanni, the host, is fabulous. So friendly and helpful, would do anything for his guests. And he runs a daytime cafe in the same building, I highly recommend the light meals. I will not stay anywhere else in Guatemala City.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, très bien situé dans le centre de la capitale. Accueil sympathique du gérant, équipements irréprochables, WiFi fonctionnel et un petit restaurant très sympa pour déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

We booked for two days, we ended up staying four (we are slow travellers). Giovanni was waiting for us at the door, helped us with our bags and ordered us some food (it was early evening), which he brought us to our room. He gave us loads of information and advice and was always very polite, attentive and available. The rooms are not luxurious but they have everything a traveller needs, the glass bricks provide plenty of natural light and there isn't too much noise (we had one of the rooms towards the back). The room, the bathroom and the rest of the hotel are kept meticulously clean, towels are changed every day, sheets every two days. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the pedestrian Sexta Avenida. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Giovanni, il proprietario è una persona squisita, ci ha accolto con gentilezza e ci ha fornito molte informazioni utili sulla città. La camera è spaziosa, ben arredata e non manca proprio nulla. La struttura è in posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima alle vie centrali della zona 1 dove si possono raggiungere tutte le attrattive turistiche, locali e ristoranti a piedi. Ci ha inoltre fornito il transfer per l'aeroporto chiamando direttamente il taxista, anch'esso gentilissimo e disponibile.
