The place is beutiful, the view is the main attraction, but the food and service are not the best. It is far away from Guatemala City and this makes the hotel very quite and relaxing. The concept is a Spa where you can relax eat something and see the great view. The service was regular good and the people where...

My aunt and I stayed here. Unfortunately, unknown to us the spa had closed earlier than we expected so we couldn't get a treatment and their pool was closed for cleaning. Although the hot tub wasn't open, the staff made an exception for us and allowed us to use it (they even served us wine!). The rooms are very clean...

The good The place is really nice, they pay attention to detail and make you feel at home. The pool has a great view to Lake Amatitlan and a lot of trees surrounding the place. There is a dry sauna and a wet sauna for men and women, showers, dressing rooms, lockers... everything you need and they keep it really...

Depending on traffic, which can be horrible, this spa is 40-60 minutes from zone 10 in Guatemala City. It's a lovely get away upland from the city where's it's cooler. The views cam be lovely of the hills and volcanoes though it was too cloudy for me on a partly sunny day. There are 10 bungalows set on a hillside...

We loved the private bungalows at the hotel. We stayed in No. 1, and our view wasn't the best, but we still really enjoyed it. Our room was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our day at the spa and pool facilities. They were very clean and nice. We both got massages and our nails done. It was very...

Not the first time we have visited hotel, but first time we have stayed over night. Though well intentioned, the staff overall lacks the training and skills to accommodate seasoned travelers. Our massages and spa appointments were scheduled outside of check in and check out times. On an overnight trip this was a significant inconvenience. Food menu offers a continental...

My husband and I booked an anniversary special for one night. We arrived at around 7:00 p.m. We were greeted at the front desk and made a prompt check-in. It all went downhill from there. We left our suitcases in the room and went to the restaurant to have dinner, we were starving. We ordered a cheese platter, a veggie...

Absolutely gorgeous pool facilities, I love spending the day here. The hot tub is delicious and its easy to spend an hour in there looking at the view. I recommend the massages really highly, but not so much manicures or pedicures. Its hard not to feel like there is huge potential here but that some key details are missing (hairdryers,...
