I chose to book the room with the private balcony facing the beach. Such a perfect location, beautful view of the sea, covered balcony with a hammock to enjoy. The bar up the beach was abit noisy at night so I had to keep the windows closed, but everything about this cozy place made it worth listening to the party...

The rooms are older but clean. Our first room was small but had its own bathroom with shower, $33.00 US. The second night we upgraded to a larger room with a big deck over looking the ocean with a microwave, fridge and some dishes. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a very nice one next store....

Rooms were very small, but adequate for the time we spent in them. We visited in January of 2016. It was windy and cool. The rooms were comfortable at night and the windows had screens. The water pressure on hot was very low, but very hot as well. I suspect they did that to reduce water usage through long showers?...

My boyfriend and I are on a budget travel and therefore booked this place as the economy rooms are only 33 dollars a night! Quite cheap compared to other places in Placencia. Was so charming and clean, we even got flowers in the bathroom when we arrived! It is a lovely beach just some steps from our room with free...

I don't know how much other hotels cost but this one caters for all needs. Economy rooms are a bit tight so I advise spending a bit more for a better one. No stove in any case, but still Ok kitchenette for the better categories. THe best thing is the location right on the beach -and far away from noisy...

We are not picky/needy travelers. This place fit the bill and then some! We had a second floor ocean front room. It had a private bath, kitchenette, king bed and a balcony. We were thrilled. The room was clean and very Belizean. Note there is NO AC. There are fans and the ocean breezes are fantastic. During the day the...

The Seaspray hotel was a great home base for our 6 nights in Placencia. My husband and I brought our two kids to Belize for some ocean and jungle adventures. We wanted to stay in Placencia Village, close to the restaurants and the "sidewalk". The room (Seaview 1) was small, but very comfortable. The room had a direct view of...

I had an ocean view room and found this incredibly comfortable for a budget hotel. Great towels, (thick), and the shower had water pressure which isn't common for budget hotels here. Super clean and the staff are friendly. I plan to come back and would bring my teenage daughter. If it's a party season, could be loud til 11pm bc...

I stayed in a single room. It was basic, but clean and all that I needed. I was able to walk in and book a room, but I'd recommend booking in advance if possible. The location of this hotel was perfect; close to shops, bars, and restaurants. My only negative was that my room was close to stairs and a...
