Our first night in Belize we stayed at the D'Nest Inn with Gabe and his wonderful family. They provided us with a kind and warm welcome, and their home and guesthouse are absolutely lovely. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and I highly recommend taking some time to enjoy their porch area on the river - it's very peaceful,...

we stayed overnight at the D'Nest Inn, not knowing what to expect from Belize City, we arrived in a mainly residential area. The owners Otti and Gabi are wonderful people. They took the time to drop us off at a close by Restaurant (Sahara, great lebanese cuisine) and introduced us to some other guests. Our room was clean and air...

We stayed here upon our arrival to Belize City, and again upon our departure as well. We fell in love with the owners and had a wonderful time here. Breakfast is included and is wonderful. Our only problem at all was finding the Inn. Streets are not signed, and we didn't think to use the maps app on our phone,...

Our flights were delayed overnight. Nevertheless, our hosts at D’nest arranged to meet us at the airport and arranged for the unexpected second night. The room, with its 4-poster bed was clean and comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was plentiful. Our hosts’ grandsons helped us fish from the canal that runs beside D’Nest—and we had fresh catfish along...

Atti and Gabe are two of the best hosts I have ever had while traveling. They are helpful, friendly, generous, professional, and feel like family after the first encounter. I stayed at D'Nest for 3 days and was given every opportunity to explore the city with their help. If I needed a ride, they provided transportation. If I needed to...

Very quiet in the suburbs of the city, very warm hospitality from Otie and Gaby, 2 fantastic hosts who are treasures of information about the city, the country and its history. Extremely accomodating and very kind hosts. Nice garden overlooking a canal, whose water was a bit murky but it was after Earl. Good breakfast included in the room price...

The warm and charming couple who run this cosy, antique-filled B&B go out of their way to accommodate. The riverside house is lovely, the rooms are quiet and the breakfast homemade and delicious. The dining room opens on a flower-filled garden on the riverbank. D'Nest is the perfect stop when you're coming or going from Belize City. Convenient to the...

For convenience from the airport, food, security, general restfulness, and a gentle landing into and out of Belize, this place is great. It is homey-not new and luxurious-it is furnished with an eclectic tropical collection of colonial and baroque furnishings. But the real reasons I have stayed here 6 different times when in Belize, are the hosts, Gaby and Oti....

Stayed here on my stop from Houston on the way to Placencia, Belize. The owners make you fell as if you are part of their family. The rooms were very specious and all had different bird names. They were mostly decorated in antiques and very comfortable. Good bird watching and the flowers are beautiful.

“This is a bed and breakfast and the owners are collectors of knick knacks and furniture, which appears homey but makes for less space in hallways and rooms. Ask for a room with less furniture. Opening a suitcase was a problem.”
