we spent several days at Banana Beach Resort in Ambergris Caye this week. It was a pleasant and uneventful stay. There were very few people there and the place was quiet and lonely. The breakfast was very good and the ceviche was just OK. There is some construction near the pools but it was not an issue for us. I...

The resort was better and bigger than what it looked like in the pictures. The breakfast they offer to you is amazing but it's the same for every single day, so keep that in mind. They also offered to us a complimentary drink when we got there so that a nice touch. Staff is really friendly, specially the guy at...

We stayed here with a tour group, so we had 8 rooms. While some were better than others, they all were in need of some TLC and updating. If the suites had updating, this place would be fantastic. The rooms had a bedroom, and a separate kitchenette and living room area. We had ocean view rooms, and the views were...

Clean accommodations. Staff friendly and quick. Away from the noise and busy town. Current improvements going on around the large pool (looks really nice). Needs new light fixtures in the rooms (they're rusty) and new shower heads too.

A great place to stay. Two pools, two bars, a restaurant with great breakfasts included. The beach was relaxing with lounge chairs. It was located just south of town and the water taxi drop off. Robin's Kitchen just across the street had good food.

The property is located south of the center of town, but it is walkable if you like. The room we had was basically an apartment and it was quite spacious. We could go out on our balcony and view the Caribbean. The restaurant had very tasty food and was quite pleasant. Breakfast was quite nice on the outdoor patio and...

I stayed here with a friend of mine and had a great stay. Hotel staff is nice and extremely responsive and wiling to help. Food was pretty good along with the drinks as well. Other guests were friendly as well. A great perk is that they paid for my taxi ride upon arrival and departure. A few things, water there...

The staff was wonderful, so willing to help with any detail. The restaurant on site was good and the bar specials are great. The rooms are plain and somethings are a little dated but my room always looked clean and fresh. The beach is small but there are plenty of lounge chairs for everyone that wanted one. Banana Beach also...

I booked this hotel when I needed one extra night on the island. It was affordable and BASIC. The attached restaurant was OK. There are 2 pools . The hotel is an adequate fill in or for someone who can not afford the amenities of a better property. It is on the beach and the staff were welcoming. It feels...
