I stay in 12-20 different hotels a year, usually Hilton properties because they're predictable. I compare and rate this hotel against others of the same cost class (Marriott Courtyard, Homewood Suites, etc.). This property is a standard Hilton Garden Inn, elevators on the left, restaurant with a BAR (surprise!!) on the right. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the...

Would stay here again if in the area. Easy to find and close to shopping and eateries. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great and the menu items for lunch and dinner were good. Ate their once for dinner. The bar are was nice. The little store with snacks was well stocked and prices were very reasonable. Our junior...

King bed was overused, very saddled. At breakfast the next morning, the two-person wait staff never offered any table service (i.e. not once did they approach my table to ask if anything was needed, and I would have liked a cup of coffee - a first in my many dozens of HGI stays).

Great location. Really good breakfast. Rooms need to be updated. Our king size bed had a valley in the middle. Otherwise nice place. If you need to be in the middle of Alpharetta This is a really good location.

Convenient location in Alpharetta. I had ants in my room which was unexpected. Breakfast is $11 and was a Buffett of eggs, sausage , bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit and bagels. Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and keurig machine with coffee.

Reservations screwed up and did not get the room we booked four months in advance. The restaurant was closed both days the chef called off. Also the some of the staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable of the area.

The hotel was very convenient to a friend's son's wedding in Alpharetta, and also to lots of shopping. The lobby is updated and pleasant. The pool was open, but too cold to swim. The hot tub was also open. Did sit out by the pool to read. The business center is open 24 hours, access with the room key. We...

Betty and I traveled to Alpharetta for a weeding at Ivy Hall where alcohol would be served and needed to be taken from our hotel to wedding venue and back to our hotel.Transportation was arranged and all went well. Our room was good in a quiet neighborhood . Great breakfast served until 11am with checkout at 12 noon.

my colleagues and I stayed a week at this facility and were amazed at the lack of "friendliness" from the hotel staff at the front desk. I've never experienced this at a Hilton Hotel before. There were definitely no smiles at this joint. Also the cable tv was not working for the majority of our stay. And, one night, there...
