hotel is in a prime location and has stuff for you to complete. The breakfast was a hearty portion but it was cold. I’m not sure why since i was sitting at the table. The cook was right there and the hostess was prompt. The staff were friendly.

I stayed for 2 nights, but I wish I could've stayed for 2 weeks! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, very comfortable. The bed was perfect. Bathroom was top notch. The staff, exceptional. Kenisha, the woman at the front desk, was friendly and helpful without hesitation. Wish there would be a Kenisha at the front desk of all my hotel visits in the future! The same could be said for Hiroko, the sweetest woman to ever serve me breakfast. Again, I wish there would be a Hiroko to serve me at all my future hotel stays! I really didn't want to leave! The hotels I experienced on the rest of my trip were not Hilton hotels but I wish they had been. I think I'll be staying with Hiltons from here on out, this experience was just that good. Only slightly disappointed by the breakfast not being complimentary and the better WiFi locked behind a paywall. But the value of the overall experience exceeded all expectation.…

My son set up a contract with 10 rooms and a honeymoon suite. First error.. They did not book the honeymoon suite and when we found out they wanted to charge us double. 2nd error. They tried to book my sister for the wrong month. I checked my reservation and found they had only booked our room for 1 night instead of 2.. Fortunately, all the error were found before the wedding and check in went smoothly.

$526 rate on May 7th in Apopka, FL. Has the Superbowl moved to Apopka this weekend. Greedy hotel attempting to gouge customers! There's a nice Holiday Inn Express a mile down the road at much better rates. Enjoy the Apopka Superbowl on May 7th to any sucker that gets stuck paying this rate!

Nice lobby with a breakfast area and a bar at one end. Staff is very friendly and attentive, and the manager was very accommodating. I had issues with loud neighbors late at night. Could happen in any hotel. Security quieted them down quickly. Room is spacious with a large flat screen tv.

I been a Gold or Diamond since 1988, this is the best Hilton in the area. The room was very well designed, the shower control was on the far wall from the water, easy to control the temp. Outside sitting area even had a gas fire pit.

Only got the room to get dress before a wedding at 430 they didn't have my room ready to 415 had to get dress in the bathroom. I was told on the phone that my room would be ready at 3 got the at 330 to be told the room wasn't ready.

We felt that for the price of the room, the continental breakfast should have been included. Our reservation was for a deluxe queen but we had to ask to be moved because the ac unit on the roof was over our room and it was verynoisy.

Oftentimes, the more you pay for a hotel the less you get. We just stayed at the new Holiday Inn Express in St. Augustine, and we had a huge room with a balcony, steps from the beach and a full, hot free breakfast - all for under $100/ night. Now I'm here at the Hilton Garden Inn for $194/ night, fiddling with a faux Keurig in my room hoping for a cup of coffee. For $10 I could go downstairs and get coffee and a "continental" breakfast that is the same stuff the worst free breakfasts offer. For $14 it seems you could order a full breakfast. I highly recommend a cafe nearby called Cannon Coffee via Square. There is a small outdoor pool that was busy, and a nice outdoor lounge with a fire pit, but that had a private event in it last night. Room has a broken bathroom door that nearly broke my finger, and the dead bolt on the hall door is broken. Some weird stain on the nightstand. But TV was large and streams Netflix, bed comfortable, room was quiet - no highways, and we're on the top floor, and A/C works great. So for that I'll give it 3 stars.…
