Nicely located within walking distance of many restaurants. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and staff very helpful. Overall experience was excellent. Breakfast bar was fair could have greater selections
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. We felt secure in leaving our car parked here for a week while flying out of DIA. Cheaper than airport parking. Would recommend staying here for the price.
It is a bit on the older side but clean and well maintained. The breakfast was not fancy but quite adequate. We had an early morning flight but there was a “sack breakfast” available at checkout. The staff was very helpful after our flight was cancelled by the worst major airline in the US (American) with no explanation.
Got in late, so we weren't there very long. Most of the facility was average. However, we had a problem with the wifi, it didn't seem to work. We tried talking to the staff, but it was apparent that they could have cared less.
We called this hotel the day before stating that my daughter's flight arrived at 4am with a 9-hour layover so she wanted to know the cost for a room. She would be in the room from 4am to 11am. We were told 99.99 so we booked the room. When she got there she was billed an extra $25.00 for early check-in fee. This was not discussed when we called and explained what we were doing. We assumed we were booking it for 9/29/19 with a late check-in; however, these guys changed it to a 9/30/19 check-in with an early check in to charge us more money. They already had our money and would not refund it so we were forced to pay the crooks another $25.00. Look at Choice Hotels Better Business Burro rating, it is a big fat F rating. With business practices like this, I wonder why.
