We visited the limelight with several other families and all were incredibly impressed. Service was five star quality from the moment we were greeted at the airport by the driver and swept away to the hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our suite was impeccable, well appointed and spotless. Since we missed skiing the first day...

Dear Steve H, Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review! I am so happy that our team helped you enjoy your stay - whether on property or off! I think it's our people who really make the difference - though the room quality, fire pits, and breakfast certainly add to the overall experience. I'm really...

Second time staying at the Limelight for a family/friend ski trip. Incredible customer service, amenities and location. They make getting to/from airport, slopes and anywhere else easy and comfortable. Staff is friendly and rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a nice happy hour daily and make a really good pizza. The hot tub is nice after skiing all day...

Great people watching at The Limelight during the X games. It is always entertaining apres ski which is deferred to the Monster Drink ensemble during the X games weekend. As always everyone is cheery and friendly and the pizza is really good (especially with one of the bonus coupons you might get with your lift ticket or at the visitor...

Dear 1261PCV, thank you for your kind words and taking the time leaving us a review. X-Games is for sure a people watching event. We love hosting Monster and the teams with us and I am glad you experienced it the same way. It is my hope to meet you in person next year if you do decide to stay...

I travelled with my American sister in law and English family and we all agreed that this hotel was extremely overpriced only to be told 'Well this is Aspen". Others may disagree as is evident by their reviews which were responsible for us selecting this hotel after extensive research. We found neither quality nor value for money so be warned....

Dear Sarahanne2013, I greatly appreciate you taking the time for writing a review about your recent stay. Your experience at the Limelight Hotel provides the requisite feedback that we need to identify our shortcomings to preclude them from inconveniencing our guests in the future. In the Aspen market we are a mid-priced hotel with select service. We do not represent...

We rarely ever go anywhere twice... always going on to the new next big thing. However, we went to Aspen and stayed at Limelight Hotel last year and we came back again this year. Hotel is perfect location in town, great atmosphere in lounge and "family room" after skiing. Live music every night. Kids and Adults all having fun. Nice...

We (my wife and and I and two teenagers) were very excited to go to Aspen and stay at the Limelight. We had read the raving reviews of the hotel. Expectations were also extra high as we had paid close to $1,000 a night for a 4 night stay (due to President weekend, there was a 5 day minimum charge)....

Arrived with bags and ski gear- no help carrying bags into hotel. Lobby and common area is dreary, dated and dull. Breakfast is what you'd expect at a Comfort Inn!!!-, dinged chairs and tables- no table cloth napkins etc. Had to ask 2 times to have our room cleaned and clogged drain attended to as housekeeping had not come by...

Bonnie225, We are sorry you feel this way about your experience here. It’s unusual that you feel the lobby is dated and the breakfast inferior as these regularly receive outstanding reviews here on Tripadvisor and from our guests in-person. We do our best to get our housekeepers to every room as early as possible, however we have to work around...

The Limelight exceeded our expectations for a perfect base camp to explore and enjoy Apsen. The service was excellent! The family was particularly fond of Nicolette, Sam and Peter but everyone was super too. From our arrival to departure they made our stay easy, fun, and hassle free. The hotel its self is roomy and in easy walking distance from...

Stayed at the Limelight for 12 days and the experience was fantastic. Close to Ajax gondola, bus stop for all mountain transfers and the best restaurants in Aspen the Limelight is well positioned.
