I really liked every aspect of our stay. We loved the complimentary BMW X7 experience. We liked having cocktails at different parts of the hotel. Drinks are really good here. And the smore kits were fun too! The concierge team found us some excellent and diverse restaurants in terms of cuisine and price points. The large hot tub was a great way to end the day. Champagne at check-in was a classy touch. We will absolutely be returning here.

We stayed for 5 nights in July. We are platinum members and requested our suite upgrades, but were denied. We were not able to check in early, receive any sort of upgrade or checkout late. The hotel seemed very busy the whole time. There was multiple weddings, conventions, business meetings and other events going on all the whole 5 times. It was hard to find pool seats or a table in the lobby for drinks. We also had construction right below our room during our stay that woke up my children multiple times. The hotel barely apologized for the loud noise and told us they finish between 4-5pm. (they started at 7:30am) The food at all the restaurants were very good, service was a bit slow due to the high capacity of the hotel. The pool service forgot our order one day and housekeeping came sparingly. The champagne sabering was a nice touch and the location is wonderful. The spa is also a nice little oasis in this factory of a hotel. I think for a more luxurious feel the Little Nell would be a better fit.

We stayed here for a large group trip and the hotel was completely booked. I was very impressed with the hotel and their ability to manage the hotel when it was at full capacity. There are so many hotels that are short staffed and I'm sure St. Regis is going through similar challenges, but they certainly didn't make it seem that way. If they are going through staff shortages, shout out to management and current staff for being able to shoulder the weight without skipping a beat. The hotel is located near everything in Aspen. Of course, in Aspen you are never very far from anything. The community is small and everything is within walking distance. Aspen also has some of the best public transit systems as well. So, if you are thinking of flying in and and not renting a car, you will be fine. The hotel was very clean and had a nice aroma. Once again, I was impressed with the hotel's ability to manage the crowds. The bathrooms stayed clean in the public areas. There wasn't random trash laying around. The place just presented as a clean place to be. The room was very inviting. We spent most of our time out enjoying the activities of Aspen. However, the room was certainly a welcomed resting place from the activities from the day. . If I had a complaint about the room, it would be the bed. Don’t worry, I’m just a snob. It’s just not my mattress at home. I’m sure it will be fine for most people staying here. I also struggled with the lack of firmness in the pillows, but once again, I’m a snob. The room was also very quiet. You can really tell the difference between 4 star and 5 star hotels in the rooms. We didn't hear anything outside of our room. No doors shutting. No people out in the hallway. That might have something to do with the location of our room. We were located a ways away from the elevator and almost at the end of the hallway. The Spa was amazing! My wife and I had massages. Melissa was my masseuse. She did great! I would recommend asking for her or Erin. My wife says that Erin was great as well. Definitely schedule yourself a massage when you stay here and enjoy some time in the spa. In my opinion the cold plunge is a little too cold at 55 degrees. I'm still trying thaw out certain parts. This spa does not offer a sauna. The steam room was satisfying enough. They also offer a co-ed waterfall hot spa. The relaxation waterflow chairs were our favorite. The Gym was impressive as well. We used the gym just about everyday. It offers ample equipment for a variety of workouts. This is one of the better gyms I have seen at hotels. I would recommend this hotel. It's not cheap though. So, if price isn't an issue this is your hotel.

From start to the end we were treated like special guests. The experience of luxury was as expected. I want to write two things that stood out during our stay: 1) Library and fireplace: There is a section reserved for Library with some interesting books. You always find books at such places that you normally would not find elsewhere. It was relaxing to sit by the fireplaces and read at the end of a long tiring day. 2) Shower head: There was something unique about the shower.. I have stayed at many luxury places in the world but this shower gave the most optimum pleasure possible :) .. seems silly but I thought I should write about it.

We visited the Mountain Social Club, the beautiful lobby bar area of the St. Regis, and had a wonderful experience. Leslie, the hostess, has been an employee of Starwood/Marriott for 20+ years, and you can feel how much she cares about her customers and how proud she is to work for the St. Regis. She treated my husband and I with the type of hospitality would expect and hope for at a luxury mountain property. The COVID protocols were observed, in depth cleaning happened between each customer, and other guests were consulted prior to us sitting down. Once we did sit down, we were able to enjoy wonderful cocktails fireside. Our server, Rosario, was attentive and kind, always checking in on us and making sure our glasses stayed full. Their selections of wine by the glass will have something for everyone, and their specialty cocktails like the Sazerac and Old-Fashioned are some of the best we've had. Take a chance and sit across from some strangers--you might be surprised and make some new friends like we did! Everyone was so happy to be there, you would look across the room and catch the eyes of other guests and there were many smiles all around. Thank you to the St. Regis Aspen family and to the Mountain Social Club for a wonderful visit!
