We stayed here four nights for our family reunion. It was perfect. The cabins and lodge comfortably accommodated our group of 40+. Children of all ages enjoyed playing outside and walking the trails around it. The lodge itself sits close to the highway, so does require close supervision for younger children, but that would be the only downside. The lodge...

We spent a long weekend here for a family reunion with 42 people aged 4 to 67. The venue worked out very well for us: a large kitchen, large living room for board games and hanging out, upstairs dormitory type area for teens and twenty-somethings, separate cabins for older couples and young families. Dogs are also welcome, as the owners...

We loved our stay at Sunshine Mountain Lodge. The owners, Cory and Cat, were wonderful to the 35+ members of our family who gathered from far and wide. It's a lovely, clean, tidy place with lots of mountain charm. I would recommend it for groups, a couple or a family. The cabins are charming. The price is great.

Sunshine Mountain Lodge is a very laid back set of cabins (and a large main house) set in an incredibly beautiful part of Colorado. We hosted a large group of people there for a reunion. Everything was clean and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Considering the setting, it's a quick drive to Lyons or Estes if you want groceries,...

Took a 2 night trip with the entire family (2 adults, 1 child, and 2 dogs). Great value! We stayed in Cabin #3, which was roomy and perfectly sized for our family. We made a fire in the fire pit on the first night to cook hot dogs and roast marshmallows. It was loads of fun! Kid loved the hammock,...

We had a family reunion with 25+ people, so had the entire place to ourselves. The cabins were clean and nicely decorated (LOTS of moose!! :) ). Although the location is right on the highway to Estes Park, we had no disturbing traffic noise. The kitchen/dining/lodge area was just the right size for our group. Everything we needed was provided.......

Can't imagine better hosts for the Everything Outlander weekend. It was wonderful. The attention to detail in the theme, facilities, and activities was great. I look forward to going back and just relaxing in one of the adorable cabins.

I have now been to the Lodge twice. It is a beautiful setting. Rustic and homey. The hosts, Cat and Cory go the extra mile to make all feel welcome and at home. I was there for a themed retreat and Cat really went all out to decorate the Big House with themed items to bring the place alive.

I just spent 4 nights here with my sister in our own cabin. We were there for a retreat with 20 or so other women. Sis and I loved this rustic home away from home in the mountains. Cat and Corey were wonderful hosts...quiet and laid back and always there for us when a need arose. The cabins were clean...

So much more than I expected. Booked for retreat in September with a bunch of Outlander fans and Cat and Cory made the visit great from food to fun activities. Easy to find and a short drive to Estes Park. Our cabin would have d slept 6 with sleeper couch. Full kitchen and nice bathroom.
