We stayed for 2 nights, had a king bed courtyard room. Room was pretty small but we didn't really spend to much time in it anyway. Rooms looked like the were recently remodeled, they were very clean and had a small frig. We walked over to Von's and bought small snacks and cocktails and had out own"happy hour" on the...

Me and my young adult kids stayed in Hotel Villa Portofino for one night and 2 days. The hotel staff were amazing and of great help and with a smile on their faces the whole time. We arrived on Thursday morning and because our check in was at 2 pm we were so grateful that we could leave our luggage...

My family of 5 reserved 2 rooms for a July weekend. The rooms were small but very clean and adequate for the short stay. The daily, free continental breakfast was ample which we enjoyed on the outside street cafe. The location was perfect for us. The European ambiance was delightful. It set the tone for our entire weekend. The hotel...

I financed this trip for my family so I was worried if my family will like it or not but the hotel staff made it a perfect trip! Each one of them were extremely sweet and gave useful information. My mom and I are coffee lovers so the coffee maker in the room was a perfect addition but it would...

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff is friendly and you can get there by foot from the boat. They do not offer connecting rooms, but we needed two rooms together and they were able to accommodate us. Request an upper level room. Ours were on the ground floor and rude guests stood outside our...

Because of my great birthday experience last year, we decided to come back this year to celebrate my birthday again at the Villa Portofino. We're glad we did -- the hotel is in a great location, offers a nice birthday deal, and the staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. The room is small but comfortable. They provide everything you need...

We spent 3 nights at Villa Portofino. From check in to check out the staff where amazing. The room was charming, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed a bottle or two of wine while watching the boats in the harbor. When we returned to Long Beach I discovered we had left...

This hotel is very cute and pretty and quaint right on the water, but off to the end of the main street offering a bit more peace and quiet from the loud downtown noise, but convenience of being able to change for swimming, shower for dinner, return for a quick nap. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the...

This little place is at the far end of Main Street from where the ferry drops you off, but it's still only 1/2 mi or less. If you don't have a lot of luggage, don't pay the $11 for a cab ride. It's an easy walk. The outside is very slightly shabby and there are a few flights of stairs...

This charming little hotel was probably a motel in the past. It's comfortable & well situated from many of the activities/dining establishments. What I like about their package is you can opt to arrive or depart as you like: via helicopter one way, and boat the other way. Best of both worlds to get to the island. The hotel is...
